The issue with Hanky is that he knows deep down he will never be a lawyer, he will never lift anything over 500lbs, he will be 160lbs wet off of drugs, etc and that the hard fng work I put in daily for decades in the end beat his gimmicky nonsense.  He was really lean at time due to his medical conditions, not anything about his diet or otherwise and he knows that.   

He is an insufferable prick and loves that persona since he has no friends in real life other than causing issues on GB.  Remember Thanksgiving when the junkies he had over from the clinic/cout got all jacked up?   Thats all he has.

I don't even care about the law school.  At the very least, he studied for the LSAT, did fine, and apparently got into a school.  Let's not fool ourselves that this story won't be f'n gold to follow.

But for the real things that matter, bodybuilding and lifting, it's more egregious that he believes he can tard up 425 with straps, and that somehow translates to 500+ lbs strapless.   Or that he can actually get into stage condition in a bodybuilding contest.  These things matter much more than any of the other stuff.

I hear you and understand the sentiment. However, I had surgery I could not focus on such important things. If you think I am not going to pull more, you are a fool. My motivation has never been higher. I am absolutely going to pull more.

It's a decent lift but it is not a 500lb deadlift much less 525 it is a trap bar lift which we all know is easier. You guys would not accept me claiming a 525 deadlift and posting a 525 trap lift. Lets not lower our standards for SC. Krank has shown legit deadlifts. Matt has shown legit deadlifts. I have shown legit deadlifts. Even Hulkatron has shown a deadlift. SC can do the same or call it what it is a trap bar lift.
Your deadlift was trash and horrible for someone that has been on drugs for 25+ years.

Your form was awful.

425 for your bodyweight and enhancements should be 5-10 smooth reps.

It was one strapped tard-up.

And the reason is you never want to put in the real time and effort to do something right.

Tarding up 425 with straps proved nothing.

You should have gone much lighter, then progressed to that lift and did it properly.

Well, that's why he picked it.

Similar to bodybuilding - his Crohn's keeps him very low bodyfat, so for him it's just another thing he does without putting in the real grind.
