You are hallucinating it does not say drug abuse on my DD214
JKK is synonymous with drug abuse or drug use......semhanktics once again huh Brian?

JKK is literally defined as drug abuse, its way more than a synonym.

A quick Google search shows this snippet at the top of the search.

“In the military, a separation code of "JKK" signifies a discharge due to misconduct related to drug abuse; essentially meaning the individual was discharged from service because of a drug-related offense.
Key points about JKK:
Meaning: Misconduct (drug abuse)
Where to find it: This code appears on a DD Form 214, which is the document detailing a service member's separation from the military.
Impact: A discharge with a JKK code is considered less than honorable and can significantly affect a veteran's benefits and future employment opportunities.”

It doesn’t mean drug abuse in the same way he isn’t bald or how he is actually professionally successful or how he is lacking in any personality disorders.

You come off pretty nuts there Bhankins.

and nothing you write can change the fact it says "JKK misconduct" on it as well

and no, you cant get education benefits with a General discharge under honourable conditions
Quote
General discharge means that the veteran met the requirements of service, likely with some minor disciplinary actions or failure to meet certain standards. Veterans who receive general discharges under honorable conditions are entitled to all VA benefits except for GI Bill education benefits.

It's like you can't read GI BILL education Benefits not all education benefits just that one specifically.

Can you stop arguing with me and just sign up for remedial reading already? I don't have to apply it is automatic based on my submitted DD214 that you claim is so horrible.

Honoratos Emeritus Scholarship

The Honoratos Emeritus Scholarship is a three-year scholarship guaranteed for Veterans who have served honorably and matriculate as first-year incoming law students at Campbell Law. You need not apply for these scholarships. We award them automatically to qualifying students.

Doesn't matter to me I submitted 3 pages of character and fitness disclosures researched and verified by other lawyers and my dd214. I sent them every parking ticket I have ever had with the final disposition. You think  I am going to bust my ass for nothing. Two law schools have now seen all my records and accepted me yes, I have disclosures, but I am not a felon. Actual felons get into law school. Honestly, I am almost surprised myself. I may get into a lot more.

I am super grateful to be honest it is hard to argue with you about it. I realize there are other people in the world better people more deserving than me but I am in and just super grateful I cant even be mad at you guys.

And yet my standardized test were still good enough to get me a merit scholarship

Here's an eye opener for you....in school you can't keep retaking tests until you get a good grade.  Hope this helps.

You also haven't attended one day yet...so tat scholarship isn't worth anything.  This lawyer thing may not be for you.  You aren't very good with common sense and facts

Please take note of YOUR words.  No where in that line does it say "honorable discharge"

I get that, and I am not going to make that decision until I see all the numbers. Tuition is 50k a year. I also applied to Central Carolina which is 20k a year. I have not heard back from them yet. I am not pulling those funds out of my pockets. I need a merit scholarship and a government loan.

Not excuses just the facts. I don't have 50k a year I can pay out of my pocket. I need money.  I am waiting 2 more days to see the money. I am hoping scholarships bring it down to Central type money. If I don't get the money, I am still hoping on Central Carolina which is a lot less money. But even then, I still need government loans approved I am not paying 20k out of my pocket either. I applied for government loans but they don't even tell you if you are approved for those for months. Meanwhile you have to make seat deposits just hoping you will get loans.

Even if I get all the loans and I attend I still have to study and pass I get all that, but getting accepted to an accredited law school 20 miles from my house is a damn good start
