if I had a bottle of tramadol. I would not take one pill. I do not like sedatives. I am not even into legal indica cannabis. I don't take aspirin or advil. I don't drink water out of plastic. I am basically organic non gmo and you have me blasting black tar heroin for breakfast when you tell the story. The problem is it is my story and for the millionth time there is no tramadol in it or cigarettes you keep insisting I smoke them for some strange reason as well. I tell you what you ghost write my biography screenplay and you can make me a cigarette smoker on the big screen if we split the profits.

The thing with tramadol is that it isn't a sedative, it's a workers drug in a few countries. It's just wonderful, I love it, I wish I had some right now because I'd really need it, for real pain I promise :D I was on oxycodone here for like a month plus, but friends didn't believe me when I said it made me really fucking depressed, definitely no euphoria or even positive feelings. I had both shots and tabs. Tramadol is harder to get than oxy here, talking about a legit script, due to it being so huge on the recreational market right now. I may have to go beg for a script of oxy because being in huge pain is worse than the low mood, though I know the addiction is hell if it happens  :'(

Did you ever use the very heavy THC oils like the "Rick Simpson oil" that they tout for "medicinal" use? Though it's supposed to be made with Indica preferably. One fella you may have seen on professionalmuscle, "LK3", says you need to consume upwards of a pound of high grade weed a month to REALLY get into the medicinal benefits. BTW, from my "research" some say the indica/sativa distinction is mostly artificial and most people don't know wtf they are talking about, it's all hybrids and most don't know what they are getting anyway and the sellers don't know either. I don't know enough to say myself. I like the downer hashish as much as the supposedly upper sativa, have had good workouts on both, not that that happens often.

This will be a too long post, but I want to comment on the cigarettes. Most weed smokers here mix tobacco in joints, otherwise it's too much weed or they say it burns way better with tobacco. But seems rare in the US, all the cool rappers smoke 3 gram blunts, one after the other. :D I use a pipe almost always.

I cant use my right side like yet but I love the plate grip flip idea but that is using my shoulder not just my hand grip

Wait I got it. Door frame fingertip pullups. I used to do them all the time. I mean I cant even get my arm fully extended over my head right now but you will need to be able to do fingertip pullups to have any chance. I literally have a mutation in my fingers I can move an extra joint. t really helped with rock climbing and wrestling grip. I can show you the finger thing on video if you dont believe me. I can move my fingers unlike anyone else

Its not just the extra fingertip tendon I also used to weld and washed dishes industrial for years in high school plus lifting my plams are leather mits. I may be white collar but I have serious blue collar hands my grip is great and its not just my forearms my hands are strong.

But flippng a plate sounds fun I will try that tomorrow

Too bad we dont have one of those oversized dumbells with the large grip to separate the men and the boys lets get some godamn darcy stones up in here

Its kind of fucked up I was on one yesterday afternoon an evening no idea what happened was just walking around living room and knee twisted just a little. Felt like a rock was in the knee the rest of the day. I had to hobble around and find one in the back of the closet. Luckily better today

this is the guy who can fuck everyone up he meets... ::)

I can take bong hits and dabs of legal Cannabis no problem. However If I take even a hit of a tobacco rolled blunt I can not breath. The tobacco smoke is just too thick with too much tar my lungs cant handle it. I am a pure sativa guy. I dont like strains that make me drowsy.  I have had rick Simpson I have done the live resin I used to grow in Maui. I would harvest 25 plants every 3 months 4 crops a year.   I had to get long term storage containers I still had it left over a year after I moved back.

I wish we all had a 100lb plate to see who could pinch grip or lift up of a flat surface with one hand or something

My right hand works just fine but I cant have weight hanging on my shoulder. I am not going to see how much I can one arm deadlift or someshit. I am also not going to squeeze so hard I pop something. But my left is good to go come up with a cool challenge and demonstrate. I just cant dead hang with my right arm. I have a brand new connection at the shoulder drilled in the bicep area

My left shoulder also sucks so not one arm deadlifting or hanging with it either will pinch grip something hell I am going to try some plate pinch grip work today whether you do or not sounds fun

You know I also have problems sleeping in the am. I wake up around 4 and make myself lay in bed as long as possible. I would think programing myself to workout at 4am would make it worse not better.

I am not allowed to film at the gym. I can do at home but no rack. But it sounds like you just want me to see how long I can hang something heavy on my left shoulder. Last time I did something like that I couldn't raise my left arm for 2 weeks. I told you I need to get my left shoulder fixed. No thanks. Regardless don't tell me about it just show us something cool and then we can all try and see if we can do it. Maybe I cant but someone else can lets see it

I am going to try some plate pinch stuff later today if I come up with something cool I will let you know

Here's the challenge:

Opening weight = 95#

2 Min @ 95
- if you make it, you have 1min to change to 135
2 Min @ 135
- if you make it, you have 1min to change to 185
2 min @ 185
- if you make it, you have 1 min to change to 225
Max time @ 225

- If using j hooks lifter must step back from J hooks.  If bar contacts rig or j hooks, your attempt is done
- If you use spotter arms instead of j hooks, bar must clearly be above arms.  Like j hooks, if bar comes in contact with arms at any time once time starts the attempt is done
- no straps of any kind that secure the hand to bar may be used
- you can choose any hand you want, but that hand must be used the entire time
- chalk is allowed
- no help in changing weights is allowed
- video must clearly show weights being placed on scale for verification
- lifter must remain in video the entire time.
- a running clock must be visible in video the entire time

why not buy yourself a captains of crush and see what you can do. Not sure of current exchange rate but I'd be surprised if you were out of poicket more than US$60 for a 1 or 1.5 Unless of course you were lying about your grip strength or your financial situation - and you keep saying you NEVER lie.  You likely spend otr at least consume more than that in weed and tobacco on any given day.

it's perfect as you don't have to support any weight, and can film it at home. So show us what you've got Mr 'Strongest grip but needed straps to barely deadlift significantly less than a paltry double bodyweight for a single'

If I hold 195 for 1:15 mins and you hold 200 for only 1 min.  Which one has stronger grip?

Too many rules?  Hardly.  Just some simple ones to prevent the "but you never said...." type of thing.  Check out the Rogue challenges.  Those have way more rules.

Having a camera in one hand, placing each plate on a scale then putting it on the bar while holding camera and having a separate timer visible it's not going to work for me doing all that.
