You know I didn't just tear the pec at 25 years old. I tore it again 3 more times. Each time it got worse. Each time I had to slowly train it back. Each time I could not get as far as the time before. This last time I only managed to get back to 325lbs. The difference is this time I have more potential than all those other times. This time I have a fully attached tendon. You are not on my level sit down

There were no breaks I did a set of one thing while waiting to do a 2nd of another high reps 20+ feeling rather nauseas training like I have 6 months to live or some shit

Unilateral Bench Press Machin 4 sets

Regarding the COC grippers unless one has tried them it's hard to appreciate how hard they are. I have the trainer and 1-3 which I bought 20 or so years ago. IIRC I worked up to about 8 reps on the #2 stabilizing the gripper by the spring with my other hand, and it's hard to understand how someone can manage the 3 and 4. The #3 was wasted money, nothing I could do with it.

You literally use your grip every time you pick up a dumbell there is no reason to use a damn gripper. If you started lifting weights in your teens you should have wrenches for hands by now

You idiots want to have some kind of strength challenge with me 12 weeks after a major surgery. I am not lifting shit heavy for 9 more months. However, I am training like a man possessed my condition is already responding. I have been doing 100s of reps a day from every angle. The weight will increase.

My hands and forearms are stronger than yours my grip is stronger nothing to do with deadlifting I can not deadlift anything right now I wrestled for decades you have jackshit on my grip I also used to rock climb I had a wall at my house at a teenager you have nothing on my grip I have burned my palms into mits as well my hands are beastly
