What part of the kid asked me if we could workout then went into the gym and started lifting on his own did you miss. He did half a dozen sets of different exercises with multiple reps and no spot much less anyone yelling at him. We then did 1 rep for fun.

I put the other 3 sets of 8 with the nickels in the other thread. No yelling nothing but you guys see one rep and try to make it something it wasn't. I also posted it on facebook in my workout groups everyone loved it and thought it was hilarious. His mother loved it and thought it was hilarious. The only people on the entire planet who had any issue are you fucking pussies

Not at all. I always make it very clear to him win lose or draw I love him and to just do his best. He wins some and loses some but when he loses he handles it really well he does not cry or get upset like the other kids. That is because I do not put any pressure on him. Hell we even joked and laughed about the match he lost the entire way back. He claimed the other kid was some kind of giant lol. The other dads were taking it way too serious their kids were not having as much fun. We had a lot of fun my arm was better so I was warming up and wrestling with him from my knees showing him moves. Honestly that was probably the funnest part as he kept wanting to wrestle with me

This is how the workout actually started am I pushing him and yelling at him hell no. He asked if he could workout he went into the gym and started lifting. He did 3 sets of 8 with the nickels. He also did dumbell inclines with the 5lbs dumbells and several sets of leg extensions. We then went to an arcade and played video games together afterwards.
