Here is what we did this am

45 Min Legs / Shoulder Supersets

30 Min Circuit - 45 sec work 15 sec rest

Sled Push w heavy Tank Sled
Med Ball Slams
Burpee Pull ups
Sumo Hi Pull with 120 Kettlebells
Sit ups

30 Min Circuit - 45 sec work 15 sec rest

Assault Bike
Jump Rope
Bear Crawl with 120 lb sandbag
Hanging Leg Raises
Sideways Plank walk with 120 lb sandbag drag through. 
Geezus, I train hard but that would kill me......fucking animal !!

Before addressing everythign that is wrong with your actual workout. I don't get how you can workout at all that in the AM. I am starving I  have had 3 eggs 4 sausage patties and I am cooking pizza planning a chocolate shake then pasta for lunch at which point I may have the energy to train. But can't lift empty in the AM would waste away to nothing need about 3 meals first.

Now as far as your workout Fuck are you trying to die burpees bear crawls and assult bikes. Are you a crossfitter or a bodybuilder?? If I did that shit I would waste away to nothing. Eat lift move as little as possible fuckign attack bike? GTFO

Cardio means a walk 3 times a week not sled pushign medicinie ball slams wtf is this nonsense eat lift walk around the block that is how you bodybuild not fucking burpees and sandbag drags

Thanks man.   Ive been at this since 13-14 years old.   Just love lifting and training.

Its all business.  No talking to other people chit chat bs.  Nah, not doing that.   The gym is a place of work and business, not a social or vanity/ego boost situation for me. 

You go there to train hard and if you feel like you have more in the tank when you leave, you failed.

I notice most in the gym these days, just look at phones, do exercises wrong, etc. Joke around, chit-chat, etc.
The gal's work harder than the guys in my gym.
There's a handful that actually train-hard, but not the majority.

Like Soul (and many others here) I started in DEC of 1978 (age 12) when I got 2 York 110-lb sets, curl-bar and a Jubinville Multi-bench for Xmas.
Setup a basement gym with that stuff, a pulley mounted in ceiling, etc. I still have some weights/d-bells from that 1st home-gym.
Been doing it ever since (43 yrs). Its the love of training.

But if BHank doesnt like my 5x5 power-routine, I better change it up...

Its the love of training.   Ive stayed in great shape for a long time wo any injuries training this way.  Why freaking change?  I get so bored w the typical BB stuff.   And as I got older, its not enough for me to keep in shape.  Being and shape and looking like you are in shape are not the same thing.

Thanks man.  I put a lot into the programming and layout of what I do.   Peoples' goals change over time.

I'm shredded at 195lbs at 5 8" - and not a bodybuilder.   I train for performance now.  Ask Grape.  No drugs or bullshit - I just grind and blast metal. 

Early AM i have the entire gym to myself. 

Ive been training since Im 13 and at 46 - still cranking it out.

Had to laugh at the assault bike.  I love it...people hate it.  I will say that the Rouge Echo bike does punish you a lot more than the assault bike.  Bobblehanks wouldn't last 2 rounds of your tabata workout. 

Here was Monday for me:

Lift:
Squat : 6-6-3-2 (70% - 90%)
Front Squat : 3 x 5 (65% - 80%) ; 15 cal row sprint btw sets

Accessory:
7 single leg RDL
:45 sec plank (per side)
20 GHD situps
20 ball slams

Conditioning:
30 cal row
30 pull ups
20 burpee box jump overs
20 cal row
20 chest to bar pull ups
20 burpee box jump overs
10 cal row
10 burpee pull ups
20 burpee box jump overs

If I just did BB crappola - I would be in and out of the gym in 30-45 min max.  Yeah, might "look" like you are in shape, but completely useless for anything else.

I`m the exact same way once I start training.....I let nothig unterfere with my workouts.

Been training since I was a kid also.
