The routine works for me. I like having a plan and executing on it. I see so many hapless idiots in the gym wandering around in the gym doing total BS. No plan, no agenda, no reasoning, no intensity. Just some garbage sets of bench, bis etc.
And they look like total crap year after year after year as a result. This is what works for me. If one has a better plan that works for them, awesome.
When it comes to fitness and training 100% - I'm obsessive about it. 100% truth.
