Not my thing also I have stomach issues so alcohol is no good for it. Yes occasionally I will have a drink like maybe half a dozen drinks a year

Oh. Because before you said this:

Marty I absolutely do not eat chicken all day. I always order an appetizer and dessert. I only eat fried chicken and I eat about a pound of beef everyday and bacon or sausage every morning for breakfast and a lot of pasta. I don't drink much soda or alcohol but maybe one regular soda a day and 1-2 alcoholic drinks every other week. I am constantly trying to gain weight and bulk up not dieting in anyway at all. TRT only pic was from today. I walk the beach but no real heavy cardio but yeah I eat pizza and burgers and regular soda daily. My dad didn't weight lift at all and was balding as well at my age. I used to wrestle division one and competed in mma briefly 20 years ago. I lift at my home gym only now. I am not spreading my lats in the pic

Oh. Because before you said this:

Yeah in April I have had maybe 1 drink since then. I don’t drink ordering one drink and drinking half of it in a date night every other month doesn’t make me a drinker. So far this year I would estimate I have had  6 drinks total. I can not remember the last time I had a drink it’s been months

No it is a true statement which is why you train you are training your damn forearms every other workout it’s the first thing soemone can see and judge when determining strength it is also a tell. if someone has gnarly forearms they have hand and grip strength and have probably been lifting weights for decades. You can blow up and be big you can’t get gnarly forearms without a lot of training. The vascularity means trained abs in size and fuck no you are none of you are going to tangle with me.  Y forearms just hang out like a freak. I was at breakfast yesterday and this lady is just gawking at me. After I ordered my food I get up and walk by her table to have a smoke before breakfast gets delivered. She says I guess you can eat like that when you workout. I told her I try to eat as much as I can. Thanks his lady was straight up staring at me like I was a gorilla in the zoo. Meanwhile getbig acts like I don’t even lift its bullshit I am borderline freak strangers stare and make comments at in public

Joined a gym today stepping it up a notch my Country Club is not the right environment for heavy lifting getting some incline barbell presses on now

In my own words I have bleeding ulcers now because I took NSAID for years they are not good for your stomach and digestive track they destroy the lining of your stomach

I was taking 8-12 a day after i had knee surgery. No problems at all. My leg mass and strength came back so quickly my Ortho surgeon gave me a pass to get back into full speed sprints and weight lifting after 12 weeks.

You hit the nail on the head here. This is from one of the studies he posted a link to: "Thus acetaminophen would not be expected to interfere with muscle protein metabolism after exercise."

I take Aleve....like maybe 6 total in a year. I have an unusually high pain threshold. Didn't take any hospital or doctor prescribed pain meds following the few surgeries I had.

All depends on the amount of knee damage.  Some joints will never be the same no matter who the orthopedic surgeon is. It all depends on the amount of damage.

If you guys want to take NSAID have out at but I am telling you from personal exp as well as clinical studies they are garbage that cause digestive issues as well as less protein synthesis they are catabolic. Some of you are lying about your workouts.

I was not referencing you Les and Webstar are bullshitting although again I disagree with you as well quality over quantity. 5 sets is plenty for a barbell pressing movement and you don't need to do 10 exercises to stimulate muscle growth.
