I am the only one here who actually has posted backup proof to a thousand different things. I do not drink I have not been a drinker the last 20 years. I have a fucking stomach disease I can not drink idiots

People have posted shit of themselves in current shape and because your manhood (loosely used term with you) was somehow threatened you shit all over them (sans blood). 

People posted shit they did in the past to verify their accomplishments and shit all over them (sans blood again) claiming "its not in the past that count"...yet you do the same and want people to do the proverbial 'kneel before Zod'.

People post their workouts and you shit on them (still without blood) because its not what YOU do and what YOU feel is acceptable.  You again feel threatened.  There are so many on here that have "gone to war" with the iron and won but do not feel the need or desire to do so anymore but that doesn't matter.  YOU are the only one training hard and looking good.

Wow...your 230lbs and LEAN (not in shape....LEAN).  Such a huge accomplishment.  No one has ever done that before.  Congrats... ::) ::)

Swimming is fng hard if one is. It in swimming shape and efficient technique.   Our gym pool closed but used to like going in there once and awhile w swim fins.

So far Soul crusher is the only other person in this thread who has posted evidence of actually being in shape. 230 lean but not in shape because I didn't swim laps like you yesterday? Dude I have swam miles offshore in the Ocean. I have a pool you get 0 credit for swimming. Lets see a pic are you actually in shape?
