We actually have some massive dudes that work out at my new gym which used to be my old gym a decade ago. Notice 2 level ceilings the place was a movie theater in the 80s really good ventilation nice and clean plenty of new non rusted equipment and sanitary locker area. Meanwhile your head trainer is 150lbs he ain't moving shit.
