You do realize people get carpel tunnel syndrome which is basically tendonitis from moving a computer mouse right? The high reps is probably what created the problem repetitive motions they call it tennis and golfers elbow not powerlifters elbow it bothers me more swinging a golf club than lifting

But I also have a surgically cut bicep tendon on the left side it is the other bicep tendon same side that hurts now. I can't pop the second one you only have so many. I am going to take it easy and focus on legs for a bit. That just means doing the same thing but in 2 workouts but right now no I have not done back or biceps for a couple weeks still doing presses

I get it lots of haters but the squatting went too well to be bothered. It was literally my first real squat workout Friday. And I am still in shock how good it felt. I could probably have gotten about 10 reps with the 275 if I had pushed it. That would be 366 according to the one rep max calculator and it was end of workout and way lower than a legal competition squat. I did not strain. Also again just testing knee was literally first session with sleeves and a proper pad. I am waiting to see if it blows up with fluid now. If not the weight and sets and reps will go up exponentially. Y'all talking about 405 the goal is always to surpass former limits not get close. I will be repping 3 plates in 2 weeks. Where will I be in 6 months if I continue to squat injury free that gets me excited. 405 is a floor a starting point not a ceiling

It is not impossible for me right now. I am doing a couple squat leg workouts to see how it feels. I will be repping 405 end of workout soon enough. But you guys want a video you can be damn sure it is going to be picture perfect form with me smiling and talking and not an ugly trembling huffing and puffing purple faced strain. You should be happy knee is holding up so far the plan is still a go so far you will get to find out what happens when I step under 405. If knee was jacked it would be off so far it is still on. I am actually surprised as you guys actually had me doubting myself there for a moment but this appears to be happening

It was October 23rd. I ordered knee sleeves and a pad after determining my country club didn't have a useable pad. I then decided after 2 sleeveless workouts it wasn't a good environment for squatting and joined a real commercial gym with a decent squat rack. I did one workout there without sleeves and now I have done 1 actual squat workout with my sleeves it went surprisingly well. I have only waited 5 days between squat workouts. Again no patience I will add more weight next week. I have squatted before I know the weight goes up exponentially the first few weeks. And again I am not straining yet and my knees are not feeling bad today it is going well too well to worry about the haters. I am also doing reps and sets have not attempted a one rep max but yes based on my reps and sets so far and how I feel I do believe I could squat 405 for a rep right now. But again I train reps and sets. Let me get a workout or 2 with my damn knee sleeves before a feats of strength video. I am not anywhere near failure

I am also doing real squats hell I am holding my fucking hernia in with a belt while squatting and you guys are calling me names are you kidding

I’m sure CPS has already asked your son this.

But I am concerned for his safety can you please ask him the following and report back?

Does any place on your body hurt?
What happens when you do something your parents don’t like?
What happens at your house (or daycare) when people get angry?
Do people ever hit?  Who do they hit?  What do they hit with? How often does it happen? Is it scary?
Are you afraid of anyone?

Yeah it felt great. Crazy pump which is why I love supersets. Also to avoid tendon issues I put more time between workouts now. I’m now doing weights every 3-4 days. Abs and calves get done 3 times a week. Everything else once every 6-8 days. Joints feel better. Cardio everyday.

I have found myself getting stronger faster doing this.  Deads / bench / squat every 6-8 days.....thinking rest counts more the older we get.

Yeah it’s working out like that for me too. I’ll even stretch it to 9-10 Days and I find when I do that I’m really excited for the workout, pumps are ridiculous, I’m noticeably stronger, and I get that soreness I love.

i still dont get why you would use a pad, i cant squat without the center nurl digging into my back

So? I know people that were mask addicts, wouldn't go anywhere unnecessary, wore gloves, sanitized their hands constantly,  2 of them ended up hospitalized with covid. Both of them shot up with experimental drugs that the government told them would protect them.
Can you show me where I've denied covid exists or are you leaking bullshit from your old ass again?

There's a lot of bullshit going on around here but none of it is leaking out of my ass.....somebody else's maybe.

You know people who supposedly took every precaution (many more than I have) to avoid getting COVID and yet they still caught it. Two of them became sick enough to need hospitalization. How many people do you suppose there are who took some precautions and who have not gotten sick?

Who knows, maybe someone tainted the hand sanitizer or spat on their gloves. Face it, if they'd literally taken every precaution, the likelihood of them catching COVID would be almost nil. Maybe you can explain how they got the virus.

I cannot show you were you denied COVID exists because as best as I know you haven't. What you are doing is suggesting that the precautions and vaccines are nonsense and don't work at all because you know people...  They do work. Just not in every case and that is what you are denying. Stats suggest these things work more often than not.

What percentage of those hospitalized with COVID were vaccinated and what percentage were not?

Here's one possibility as to how someone might get vaccinated and still get COVID. With each vaccine, the pharmacist asked me it I felt ill at anytime in the past week or if I felt ill when getting each shot. What no one did was test to see if I had COVID either previously or currently. If someone actually had COVID but just didn't know it at the time of their vaccination, the vaccine would not have cured them. It's a preventative not a cure. This is particularly possible with the first shot.
