It looks to me like you can see leftover oil in the arms which probably also caused the actual tissue in the arms to atrophy. That is another reason why I would never touch that shit all these guys are left with small arms with strange bulbous shapes. The oil is still there long after the muscle is gone.

I've seen tons of pros go back on after years off like Francis Benfatto, Berry Demey, that blow your head off. Guys that never went off like Labrada at 60, Vince Taylor now blow your head off. You only compare favourably with permabulkers and guys that completely stopped training.  You are in the bottom 3rd of genetics. Your heart and passion are in the top 1 percent.  You look decent running gear but against other competitors also running gear, you're  fucked.

Honestly I can see it in his prime pics now. A lot of the guys in the 90s in wrestling and bodybuilding went crazy with that shit and it ruined them. Milos said he had to retire because of it deforming his arms hell it probably killed some kidneys as well

I train at home and recently been gifted a Schwinn Airdyne I think it is similar to the assault bike you have talked about using. I have been adding in all kinds of interval training with it.It’s hard as Hell and I love it.

i split it in two days just because of time constraints and me being rather old

I like to squat on sunday, and then do legs on monday

sun - squats

warmups for a while (again, fairly old)

bar x 10

these are real sets deep, not bhanks depth.
i pride myself on proper sq depth as i train them with powerlifters on sundays.

legs this am:

leg press

warmup sets for a while putting a plate a side on until reaching 9 plates a side
great old cybex leg press

9 plates a side

set 1 - 8 reps
set 2 - 8 reps
set 3 - 8 reps
set 4 - 5-8 reps
set 5 - 5-8 reps

Leg ext - 4 sets
leg curls - 4 sets
calf raise - 4 sets

treadmill jog - 20 mins

love leg day(s)
