I am not holding 30lbs of water I am holding 10lbs of subcuteous water when dropped I will look great but again the contest are this summer now is the time to grow. I do not put anything in my delts. The left front delt has atrophy due to 2 shoulder surgeries the entire thing also doesn't sit the same in the joint due to a dislocation when rolled forward it looks closer to the left but it sits higher and back further than the other shoulder. The right delt also compensates for a torn right pec when benching. However I absolutely do not shoot any oil in it no aas or synthol or anything. Obviously I looked tighter at a lower weight. You are all correct I was not 230 today. I spent yesterday driving 10 hours in a car and woke up this am at 222lbs. I was 230lbs in the pic from the gym 2 days ago. I really feel I have proved my weight ad nauseam on here. 5lbs is a drastic change in the look if I dropped back down to the weight in the original pic I would look much better but again not doing that now. I am trying to bulk losing weight is too fucking easy. I will be diced this summer but bigger than last

I said I do not inject any oil into my delts. I have also previously stated many times I do not inject type of oil or other inflammatory agents into my upper body anywhere. Not sure why you dumb fucks can't understand nuance it matters. When I was on dr prescribed TRT glutes and quads only. That is 4 sites you can hit each site up to once a week if needed before you will have any issues. There is no reason for anyone to be hitting their small upper body muscle groups like arms, shoulders, lats, pecs, etc etc if you have an issue you want it in your leg or ass not your damn arm or chest. But again once a week and you wont have any issues. If you are hitting them every 5 days or shorter then yes you may get scar tissue and hematoma issues. But again no one needs anywhere near that much anyway.
