30 yard Sled push

Upperbody exercise of choice for x - i.e. pull ups, push ups, dips, etc.

Hi Chaos !   🙋‍♀️

Squatting today and I’m going to try 225 pounds. I weighed 140.4 lbs today in my winter clothing.

I have figured out how to put on my knee wraps so they add support without cutting off circulation. Wish me luck !

Bis and tris today took a few grams of beet root powder and the pump was insane it didn’t start going down at all prob could have done another 20 sets but with no carbs lost energy.

Ez bar curl 8 sets 50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120
Superset with rope push downs 4 sets and v bar pushdowns 4 sets

Ez bar reverse curl 8 sets 50-120 superset with ez bar skulls
8 sets 50-90-60.

Ez bar 21s 60,60,60,60 superset with overhead cable extensions.

Then forearm roller for 20 rounds with 12.5 lbs
Then abs crunches 100 superset ab roller 20 superset plank 60 seconds.

No walking today.

I did try squatting 225 lbs today with my belt and knee wraps on.

I didn’t lift it correctly. The weight made me lean forward too far and my knees went together in the front. Honestly it was heavy and when I started to lean forward I panicked a little.

I need to take a step back and regroup. I wish Pellius was here to help.
