Cook is what I do called a cross wrap.....never heard that term....I go tightly around my knee three times a bit higher each time,  then I cross the wrap to the right, cross again to the left,one more time around the crossed area and tuck it in on the side or the front, and drop ass.

Walking like Frankenteins monster to the rack....I always unwrap and rewrap between each set.

An old friend who got me started in powerlifting way back in the dark ages taught me a lot, and how to properly wrap my knees....John Pezzotte...Bench - 505, Squat - 650, Deadlift - 650....all done officially at superheavy.

Jane on my max attempt squats I use to do what was called a cross wrap.It is the tightest you can get it and it’s only good for single reps because it cuts off the blood flow in your legs so bad.You might try it for single attempts though

yeah I used it on max attempt only.For any amount of reps I would wrap around and it has to feel right to you.

I train at home and have for about the last 7 years but I trained at a real cool gym before that.They opened at 5am and I was there at that time every weekday morning.A 16 thousand sq. foot gym and there was usually about 5 people there.

I used to train at 5 AM....at first it was rough adjusting to doing legs that early....especially squatting.
Once I got used to it I thrived on it.....I trained hard back then and when I was done I knew I had done more than most of the people still asleep would do in a month.....plus I had to hit my job which ended at three PM so I had the rest of part of the day, and all night to myself until I hit the sack as opposed to working first then going to a packed gym with tons of deadwood hogging the stuff you needed to use and being exhausted from your job.

I train mostly at home these days too...gotta` tell you about the only two gyms here in my vicinity,but I need food badly.  :D

-Woke up to a couple of inches of snow on the ground Thursday morning. The street was sanded and wet, so no issues driving. It was mostly gone in a few hours. -None since. In the Portland Metro area, a few inches of snow occasionally during the winter months is the norm. It usually comes and goes within a couple of days. Every couple of years we get freezing rain. It causes a lot of damage.
