Rest day but I`m debating whether or not to do about ten sets of laterals with hardly any rest just to fry my delts.....we`ll see.

6 sets leg curl
3 sets leg extensions ss with Db squats
Free standing body weight squats somewhere around 60 to 70 reps per set. I just kept going until failure and I would sit on a bench behind me just long enough to catch my breath then go again
30 minutes on airdyne easy with no sprints just steady pedaling

Bis tris and forearms

6 sets ez bar curl superset 6 sets rope pushdowns
6 sets ez reverse curl ss 6 sets ez bar skulls
4 sets alternate db curls ss 4 sets overhead rope exts
4 sets hammers ss dips

Forearm roller up and down 20 times with 15lbs.

Pump was insane.

When you give up it is the end. I get it you are old and crippled what is the point right? You think you can't be worse? Have some self respect and train. Godamn wateraerobics is better than nothing. 20 minutes once a week is better than nothing do something. Having said that I didn't train today was sick

Thank you but I cannot swim and if I became disoriented I might drown.  I am not kidding about this.  When the doctors say I can resume exercise, I shall.  I have a big appointment this week.  I am both anxious and terrified of it.  I have been told that is they way of people like myself, i.e., "slow" to understand some things, if you will.

And I do mean it when I say, thank you.

We got lucky Rob....instead of a foot only about seven inches which is still too fucking much.

I am Asian, unfortunately, we are not gifted with big penis, and I don't think there is anything that I can do to improve the size of mine. I have been happily married for years. My wife is very satisfied with my function. I think I am good with what I have.

I took that picture after I finished my leg training. If you do work out, you also know your penis shrinks incredibly after an intense workout.

Arms today
3sets dumbbell curls did several very light warmup sets prior to the work sets.Seems guys my age are very susceptible to torn biceps. I don’t want that
3sets cable curls ss with reverse curls
3sets curls with a kettlebell
Tricep pushdown 3sets
Rope pushdown 3sets
Dip machine 3sets
Forearm curls 3sets
Cardio I did what I call my mma workout 1minute on heavy bag then 1minute sprint on airdyne
Back and forth with no rest for 5 sets of each honestly I was struggling to finish. I thought I might add a 6th cycle but it wasn’t there today.
I rested about 10 minutes then walked 30 minutes
