We start Kongo’s training camp against Bader May 6 today. Besides our regular S&C I’ll be training with him most of the camp. Gonna try and drop 15-20lbs by then

The bakers cyst hurts it also the same location the knee slips backwards. I do not walk upstairs with the left leg first. I always use the right leg. The left leg slips out of the joint if I try to take a large step with it can be very scary and painful.

Have you looked into one of those wheelchair stair lifts?

My goal when I used to do those was to get one rep with the 100.....got to 95lbs once...that was it.

Sets of 10 is ridiculous strength.

Are you 7 feet tall?  That's the only way I believe that with those legs as your upper body has no arms and no thickness.  Decent chest shoulders, better ab structure than me when in shape so I'll concede that to you. 

Flex your leg and measure around your tear drop, and the lowest part of your quad "sweep" and post it since you love to put all your shit up.  There's no way that measurement is over 17.5.  I measured my calf flexed after being befuddled that you would post that legs pic, and my calves are still 16".  They used to be 17.5 (actually the right one was 18"...always had a discrepancy for some reason)  I don't honestly believe your lower quads are bigger than what my calves were, and may only be what they are right now. :o  To give you credit, from the front your calves look good from the front by I wonder if that's just because they are the same size as your lower quad which they appear to be.

P.S. Just measured and sweep back around to tear drop for me is still just above 18.5".....I'm only 5'4 and weigh only 183.  So yeah, really tough to be on your level after 9 months.  LMFAO off stork legs.  Also, can you please explain how you are so lean up top, but only have dlineation....no veins or shreds in your legs.  I have never seen that b4.  Do you do aquarobics classes or the arm bike for cardio while relying on tren and clen to be lean?  You are a hot mess druggie.

Not sure how you have determined I am a druggie kind of offensive. I do not use Clen.  As stated previously I do not take any stimulants or t3 or DNP or any kind of fat weight loss supplements other than one or two cups of coffee per day. I do not use preworkouts or energy drinks or any of that stuff. I don't even use a protein powder. I don't need it my metabolism is fast enough on it's own. I also don't like feeling jittery. Again my legs are not huge but you don't get the kind of detail that I have if your legs are not strong and trained. I like detail. Once this summer starts up I will be more active and get in better condition but I have decent condition now.

The issue is as you say I am lean and legs are small but then everyone says don't eat you will get fat and you all say I have a huge belly and gut. I want to lean out and bring out more detail but I also need more size. If I was in the kind of condition I like I would be closer to 205lbs but if I wanted to have legs I need to be closer to 240lbs. So basically I am just sitting in the middle low 220s but you have to trust the process. I get to 230lbs and feel fat I drop to 220 I can see the cuts in the legs again but look too small.

Honestly I would be a decent master classic physique competitor that would be a very competitive class for me. But I like the most muscular and its not allowed. I also want to make gains not just starve myself thinner. So we will see what happens I usually get in better shape in the summer. I am also considering calling my Dr and going back on TRT this summer. My levels were low last time I checked. My girlfriend is moving in so I need to make sure my sex drive is good may be time for a checkup and some help. This is from last summer the one and only show I did. I dropped too much weight for this show last couple days out and got sick couldnt rehydrate and recover my pump. I used to cut weight for wrestling but the body was not able to rehydrate and fill back out as easily as when I was younger. I know I will only go as far as my legs can take me. I know you can't add leg size at my age. I am going to do it anyway.
