90 min - had a buddy train with me

Each set 1 minute walk on the runner as active rest

3 x - Sled 40 yards  & Farmer Carry 40 yards
3 x - Sled 40 yards & Full Body DB complex x 5
3 x - Sled 40 yards & Burpee pull ups
3 x  - Sled 40 yards & Wall Sit with med ball hold in front
3 x - 10 Burpee & Tire Flip
3 x - 10 x Med Ball toss 30lb
3 x - 80 lb overhead med ball toss 20 yards
3 x- 20 Hanging Leg Raises & 20 push ups
3 x - 20 Burpees & 100 Flutter kicks
that is a nice looking gym.Makes my barn full of weights look filthy

Here's a cheap one on Amazon....can't believe some of the other prices on there.  Up to $50 :o  You can buy two 25lb plates for that.  The concrete ones that look like steel anyway.

A scrap piece of 2" pvc pipe, drill a hole through it, attach a rope and some plates and you have wrist roller.

Make a lever bar for forearms by taking a piece of pipe or a smooth dumbbell bar and a couple small collars on the end plus a plate or two.

Lifetime is insane!   Expensive, but holy F insane.   They have a great J Squat machine, 3 different leg presses of variety, different hack squats, tons of racks, bars, etc.

Thanks, that`s pretty nice and really inexpensive.

All I ever did to make one was to drill a hole in a fourteen inch long piece of 2 inch diameter PVC pipe, and add some rope....I`ve also made one using a nylon flat dog leash....winds up pretty nicely.

So you're more into functional shit now?  Do you stll lift?  If so, what is your workout layout like? 

I would like to start mixing things up, as I'm older now and get hurt/fall/just dumb injuries easily or for no reason at all.  I want to get back in shape now that Covid is pretty much just a cold so I feel safer going back to the gym finally since I am immuno comprimised,,,,no I don't have AIDS fuckers.  LOL!

Can you pm me your age range, what you do, and how these types of workouts have benifitted you? 

I have never seen a sled like that in any gym, and I have been to lots to shop them since I worked at a few and checking out the competion was part of the job.

i took a piece of black plumbing pipe, put a 1-inch barbell bar thru it, and it sits in my power-rack pins.
this way im not holding it in the air while i wrist roll. its suspended (or rolls) on the 1-inch bar.
with a nylon rope and loading pin attached.
only thing I bought was the cheap piece of pipe at home depot. (had all the other stuff lying around).

I do ahve one from Titan like shown in that amazon pic, but this home-made one works better.

The pussy there during the summer when the outdoor pools are open is even more insane than the ridiculousness of the pussy there during the fall/winter months in the midwest which is still top notch.  Problem with that place is the girls are all whores which is not bad if you just want to fuck a hottie.  There are so many affairs going on at the one here that it really makes me question relationships, let alone marriage.  I worked at Gold's for 2 years in HS, and 3 years doing sales in my late 20's - 31.  I've done and seen a lot there, but Lifetime is a whole new ballgame.

We have one other higher priced club here with 2 locs, and the only difference is that it's just an older clientel.  Same shit though.

What I have learned in the gym business, is that the higher the price, the more drama, the shittier rich couples are behind each other's back, and as people just in general.  Gold's was just mainly singles that were serious about lifting, and everyone knew who was fucking who,  There was no shadiness.....just laughs for the guys and shame for the girls.....you know, the life is supposed to be  ;D

I use it as somewhat of an anabolic replacement that isn’t on a banned list so he won’t test dirty. I’ll use it on younger fighters to gain some size, for Kongo, he’s coming up on 47 so we just want to hold on to size while keeping his strength and power up. Conditioning has never been a problem.

As for my gym, I did, but I’m in tight with the UFC gym here in HB so I’m able to use their facilities (at no cost) to train my upper level fighters.

Still doing a bunch of training online but as far as moving, I can’t go anywhere since my mom isn’t willing to move anywhere.

Good to here things are well for you.   I thought it was your mother in law keeping you from going, and she was having serious health issues.  Yeah, your own mom would be really hard to leave.

So I'll have to look into this as you're making it sound like an anabolic to keep muscle, but my short question is, is it a SARM's or pro hormone and if so what would the equivalant steroid be.

I have a TRT doc, but he will only do Test.  I want to get on anavar, and can through one of the clinics in FL or CA but the cost is insane.   

I know there is a SARM like it, but can't remember the name and don't know what company(s) are legit?  Any recs from you or anyone else would be appreciated while they are still legal for consumers/ in the grey for companies

That's a good  price on Amazon.  It has the loading pin include too.

If you already have scrap laying around to make your own it makes sense otherwise you are right it would not save money.

Chest/Bench press day.

Flat standard BP. 9-10 sets grand total. Lots of warm up. Three (3) actual working sets.
Decline barbell press 3X12
Kneeling cable crossovers 3X lots of reps
Cybex seated chest press 3X lots of reps

A few powerlifting competitions later this year so I'm shooting all my gear in my 3X surgically repaired delts. Seems to be helping. I'll drop the  accessory exercises as competition gets closer.

Dropping to the 100kg/220pound class. Would be delighted to bench 340-350 pounds.

Not sure how you have determined I am a druggie kind of offensive. I do not use Clen.  As stated previously I do not take any stimulants or t3 or DNP or any kind of fat weight loss supplements other than one or two cups of coffee per day. I do not use preworkouts or energy drinks or any of that stuff. I don't even use a protein powder. I don't need it my metabolism is fast enough on it's own. I also don't like feeling jittery. Again my legs are not huge but you don't get the kind of detail that I have if your legs are not strong and trained. I like detail. Once this summer starts up I will be more active and get in better condition but I have decent condition now.

The issue is as you say I am lean and legs are small but then everyone says don't eat you will get fat and you all say I have a huge belly and gut. I want to lean out and bring out more detail but I also need more size. If I was in the kind of condition I like I would be closer to 205lbs but if I wanted to have legs I need to be closer to 240lbs. So basically I am just sitting in the middle low 220s but you have to trust the process. I get to 230lbs and feel fat I drop to 220 I can see the cuts in the legs again but look too small.

Honestly I would be a decent master classic physique competitor that would be a very competitive class for me. But I like the most muscular and its not allowed. I also want to make gains not just starve myself thinner. So we will see what happens I usually get in better shape in the summer. I am also considering calling my Dr and going back on TRT this summer. My levels were low last time I checked. My girlfriend is moving in so I need to make sure my sex drive is good may be time for a checkup and some help. This is from last summer the one and only show I did. I dropped too much weight for this show last couple days out and got sick couldnt rehydrate and recover my pump. I used to cut weight for wrestling but the body was not able to rehydrate and fill back out as easily as when I was younger. I know I will only go as far as my legs can take me. I know you can't add leg size at my age. I am going to do it anyway.

Well this is the first rational, and almost 100% honest post I've see from you here so I will treat you with respect for that and don't take anything as bashing you.  I think what you don't/didn't realize is that this is the "thunderdome" or bbing sites, and your ego far outweighs your physique.  That is why you get bashed so much.  That being said, it's good that you have good self esteem as most bbers/weightlifters don't, and that's many times the reason we got into this shit.  Whether that is the case with you or not, I don't know.  Maybe you've always been this way, or maybe once you put some size on (I'm guessing you were a twig b4 lifting and/or juice based on the high metabolism you speak of.....we should all be so lucky)

5) I'm shorter than you, but I'm not lying when I said I would be as good as you on 300mgs/wk of enanthate alone.  I have never, and will never take tren or any other ug gear.  You will look grainier than me up top, but I guarantee you I would be thicker, stronger, and have a better overall physique than you after 9 months once this knee gets rehabbed.  Injuries and Covid have kept me out of the gym as Drs. told me not to get the jab because of my medical issues.  I've taken time off b4 multiple times for various reasons or injuries, and once I hit it muscle memory kicks right back in with hard work.

I've never seen a two sided one or one with wheels b4.  Genesis has a turf area to do functional/sports shit and it's just a normal push/pull flat bottom drag sled you put weights on.  That thing you posted looks and sounds bad ass with you description.

I don't think I've ever even looked at the Y board.  I'll check your stuff out.  Getting older sucks, and I'm kinda unmotivated to just go back to bbing  type training, since I know shit is going to just break down as my strength comes back fast as do the results.  It's dangerous, and kind of boring at this point.

Hell yeah brother.  I post most my stuff on y board.   Its about doing what works , being I shape , being strong , powerful , endurance etc.    and keeping it interesting and challenging.
