Fine I started counting calories and dieting strictly in 8th grade when I made the Varsity wrestling team. I wrestled and cut weight year round until I graduated high school. I have cut 20% of my bodyweight in a week when already single digit bodyfat. I then took that same knowledge and diet discipline to bulking and lifting. I quit alcohol and started weightlifting seriously and bulking at 170lbs and 19 years old. I was 205lbs after 4 months or one semester at college. I was 225 when I graduated and as heavy as 237 in my late 20's. I then stopped due to crohns issues and came back down to around 205-215lbs again but very lean I have been scary low bodyfat at times. I can not float. I am capable of just not eating for days. I know the protein content of everything. I can go from a bloated mess to diced in a matter of days. I am usually much leaner that this but I have been deliberately bulking for 2 years straight to get up to a still lean 220lbs as my leg issues had caused me to drop some weight was down to about 195lbs using a cane 2 years ago but still fucking diced ore so than now. If I did fucking nothing other than cleaning up my diet I would be contest condition in a matter of days. I have been no less than a week away from contest condition the last 25 fucking years 365. I just didn't compete. This is me in Maui where I lived for 5 years I was just fucking surfing and diving 10 years before I even stepped on stage look at my condition not in shape lol

Nothing of what you just wrote tells me you know more about being lean than I do.  All you did was go on and on about what you have done FOR YOURSELF.  What you do is just some calorie cycling.  Oooooooo thats some incredible knowledge there.

Again..you are LEAN...you are not shredded.  You are bloated mess, Brian, because of the way you try and "bulk up".  (Geezus you had to mention the damn cane.  Your knee arthritis was that bad that you were given an option of cane or crutches.)  Just in the past week I have gotten 'leaner'.  Yeah, I haven't been eating as much but that is just simple damn thermodynamics.  Be honest here...do you not recognize that there are people out there that do know more than you on this?  You are not more than a week away from a show.  Two weeks out from my shows I saw the feathering in the quads.  I could see the striations in the triceps.  You do know what striations are...right?

Lets take a look at your numbers....you said you were 225 graduating college.  At some point you were 237...but lets take that as an outlier.  Now, you haven't been able to sustain weight over 225 from what I see.   What does that tell you?  Either you have to up the dose (not busting your balls) or just realize that you aren't gonna put on the size that is required to be truly competitive.  Congrats on being scary low bodyfat.  I have a friend in Arizona that can do that too.  You are trying to "bulk" while staying as lean (not shredded) as you are....you do not see why that is not working do you. 

All you do is define being in shape as "I can see my abs".  Thats being lean chief.  YOU have a beach body...thats it.  YOu do not have a QUALITY bodybuilding physique.  Make it through a session with coach or soulcrusher and then maybe you can say you're in shape.

No your contest photo does not say it all being in shape one day for an hour on stage after starving yourself for weeks does not say it all. Being in shape 365 with a full belly says a lot fucking more which is why I post daily updates. I am always in shape. Who the fuck cares what you looked like on stage if you look like dogshit now. You showing girls at the bar your contest photos or your arms???????? I had a fat guy pull out a cell phone and show a girl his contest photo at a bar once I then lifted my shirt. You going to walk down the beach this summer showing people your old contest photos? They will see my abs from 100 yards

Did it give you that extra sense of self confidence showing your abs?  Would you like it if someone with actual hair on their head threw it around while you were with your girlfriend at dinner?  Or maybe Vince could show her his 9" kielbasa?

I have been leaner just walking around than most people are on stage. I am not prepping for anything here I wasn't dieted down or dehydrated this was my actual walk around condition

I have more than just abs I have some actual muscle on me as well. You guys can deny it all you want but at my height and weight I am a 28+ on the FMMI I have some size. Sure you have some muscle but you are such a beach body poser guy.  All chest, abs, and arms.  Congrats you have a number of some fucking scale that doesn't mean shit when entering, placing, and even winning shows.  You do not have zero body fat at that weight dumb ass.  You may be a 225 heavyweight, but you won't win, and if you do it will not be in some competitive field.  You will be LEAN for the rest of your life.  Please define what being "in shape" means. 

You said you were once "scary bodyfat".  I was giving you the pat on the back you do desperately crave on here.  You are far from contest winning shape.  Show us ONE pic where there are striations in your quads, calves, triceps, etc that are typically seen at the top levels of contest winners. 

Why did you gloss over the simple facts about your bodyweight?  Brian, why is it you can never admit when you might not have all the answers....why your thinking is off...or even that others might know better?  By the way, you lash out against people who give you constructive criticism telling them to show a pic so you can compare yourself to them.  If they do not look as LEAN as you, they don't know shit.  So here is a VERY easy question....

Were all of the judges at your show contest ready?  If not, why didn't you protest your placing and go off on a rant like you do here?  Shouldn't their opinion be negated due to your logic on here?

It is all subjective. But this is me today. I have had better pics but this is today at 219lbs. All things considering I think I look great. I think my legs are slowly improving. But regardless I am 44 years old it could look a lot fucking worse.
