Not a lie if I was to do a one rep all out max I do believe I would get 405lbs however my knee might not feel great afterwards and getbig absolutely wont give me credit anyway they will just say my form is off and it doesn't count so whats the point. I am just going to keep doing what I am doing because fuck yes my legs are improving

Truth be told I DO NOT care to be the leanest.  I care about being as fit as I possibly can be.  I was ranked 173rd in the WORLD out of over 12,000 one year for Crossfit.  Yeah, I know you don't care, it's gay, etc etc etc. Despite my shitty knee I still managed to hit the top 20% in the world this year for being 53.  I can out work guys 20 years younger than I am. 

I gave up on bodybuilding because of realizing that getting myself into such drastically low bodyfat levels for one day, painting myself up in tanning solution, spending all this extra time at the gym, extra money on food, tanning, etc etc for what?  A PLASTIC FUCKING TROPHY.  No one out side of this cult (a worse cult than crossfit could ever be) gives a rats ass about it.  I have ZERO desire to get as lean you.  I don't need to.  I am happy as fuck looking the way I do.  You, Brian, are anything but happy.

Thanks brother, I had to take off about five years...had lung Cancer and a few other issues....got sloppy but looking much better now.

First of all, everyone needs to take time off for something even if it is just boredom of the grind/routine of things. I don't know a single fucking person that hasn't, and I worked at gyms and nutrition stores.  Bhanky is the only guy that has supposedly never missed a single week in the gym for 25+ years ::)

 Secondly, I'm glad you recovered and are OK.  We have much in common, and between here and Mayhem you've always been one of my favorite posters for around 20 years now. 

Lastly, I saw your other pics later in this thread.  I have bad vision, and am wearing 2x reading glasses to view the site, and still am wondering if the middle pic (the one with 4 views) was taken with a 1 mega pixel camera, or one of those old slide cameras you see in really old movies?  Fuck you are old!   ;D
