I do feel too thin like I dint need to be in this good of shape yet. So I changed things up and went with a Sicilian. Also I was bitten by a tick today who might have been radioactive you never know so hoping for super strength fingers crossed @0carbcarnivorediet

It took him 60 mins to finish that due to (all between reps and sets):

- trips to bathroom to shit
- weigh himself to measure progress
- constantly stripping down, looking in mirror, then dressing

There is nothing wrong with Pizza it has all food groups I also had wings with it. I dont need to be stage condition now but fuck yes I could be stage ready in a matter of days. You cant train and make progress without food. Shit it is 4am and I just woke up starving I may cook a fucking steak

Also nationals are late July as in 4 months away. You want me to start dieting 4 months out? I need to eat train and try and grow the next 4 months not diet. Shit I am not planning to diet at all I am going to train myself into condition with weights not starve myself. Honestly my condition is already there I can be diced in a matter of days that is not and will never be the issue. I need more size

Tons of guys entering the show are fat as shit 12-16 weeks out. Prepping for them means dieting. I am not fat Prepping for me means eating and lifting. If I were to diet from my current 220lbs and come in at 205lbs classic I would have a shot at winning the damn thing. But that isn't really what I want to do I would be happier being 230lbs on that stage getting last place in the Superheavies. I want to be my best not my most competitive in the judges eyes but the best I can be in mine and I can be 230. I am going to eat and lift. There is no guaranty at this point but I was a solid 230lbs at my best and I want to be my best. 4 months is a long time I will increase the training and food as it gets closer. Body is just coming out of hibernation mode condition naturally improves and energy increases for more training from spring to fall every year. Main thing is to stay healthy then can fiddle with supplements and diet and water a little bit at the end.

Start late? I trained yesterday I lifted weights the last 4 days in a row it's not like I am playing video games. I have my son this weekend but will be back to it Monday if I don't sneak an early workout in the mornings while he is still asleep.
