Jeff we both know approximately how long that steak is gonna` take to digest....in the meantime he will eat five more huge meals in order to 'bulk' up and end up shitting it out......that`s why small frequent meals are recommended......I must say, the guy is an expert though. :D

The thing is Wes the smaller more frequent thing has actually been shown to not really have any more merit than 3 - 4 meals a day.  Don't get me wrong...the years of bodybuilding has kind of fucked me up in the head because I freak if I only do 4 meals.

I`ve heard and read that also Krank.....there was a guy and his wife that used to post on my old forum......they ate one huge meal a day due to their schedules and other factors and I`ll tell you they both looked awesome.

I`m set in my ways and as Jeff said in an earlier post any food that the body didn`t need that day is excreted.

When I was prepping I was so meticulous and strict I did everything at the same time each day by the clock....even taking a dump and....it didn`t bother me ,I seemed to thrive on it....my body felt like a well oiled machine,

 I know this is gross but my shits were tiny which I always felt meant that my body used nearly all that I ate that day for bodybuilding purposes and I ate four meals and two shakes daily and snacks at times.....my dumps were the size of a hamsters much like my penis.  LOL  ;D

I still think a guy like Hanky with all of his digestive maladies is truly fucking himself up rather than doing his body any good by his eating practices....some of it is simply atrocious.

Yesterday I did chest, triceps and calves.

I was able to bench press 135 lbs for 5 reps with my wrist straps on.

I also used the Pec Deck for the first time.

Today I’m taking a day off and marveling in Shizzo giving diet advice and working on a Chaos voodoo doll.

Why do we argue so much about nutrition?  Let's face it, bhank has shown us that you can literally eat whatever you want, while on gear, and still be lean.

Now to be fair, he has terrible genetics, but what does anabolics truly do for the genetic elite? If it can make a bridge troll like Bhanks, look like he's not a complete moron, fucking up his body on a daily basis, then is it really the "finishing touch"?

Everyone is different though. That's why cookie cutter, or across the board diet plans don't work for everyone.

It's basically what are you eating, and how healthy are your liver and kidneys functioning.

No two steaks or chicken breasts or protein shakes are digested equally amongst two different people. We need to get rid of this mass generalization of nutrition, and focus more on the individuals caloric and nutritional needs.

There could be guys out there blasting gear, with kidneys working at 30% efficiency, taking 300 grams of protein, and an energy drink that contains Creatine.

We talk about finger prints....What about body prints? They are just as unique, in my opinion.

Correct your activity level is 0 and you are obese you should be eating about 500 calories a day for the next month until the issue is corrected but we all know you are drinking that everyday the other option would be You could exercise but April fools was yesterday

Thank you finally admitting my point - this is why you always drag the conversation back to how lean you are compared to other people.  Yeah you workout a bit, but your super-low BF is not due to your strict diet or non-cardio.  This is not a dig, I'm actually envious of this - can you take a compliment?
