Did you get an MRI of it to determine it was torn?

Most research shows it will take longer than 20 days for it to heal the tendon.  Perhaps the pain is gone, but healed?  I wouldn't think so.

I could not deadlift or row today because my leg is still swollen and it is difficult to stand much less bend the leg and put weight on it. All exercises were seated today specifically for that reason

Stop pinning quads if you dont know what you`re doing....go with delts or ventrogluteal shots instead.....site injections aren`t gonna` help you increase leg size.........gotta` train harder not "smarter".

  yeah 70 years old was benching 210 when it happened, I didn't realize it till 3 days later when I couldn't move my arm at all. ;D

yeah, I had the whole thing done. the MRI took over 3 hours because 3 things went at once the shoulder the elbow and the hand. when i do something i do it right. the rotator cuff was completely torn the socket was shot, the elbow seized up from an arthritic attack and the hand had a case of gout, a real triple whammy. 3 days later i felt better and could move my arm again. now it's light training from now on.
