Yeah I’ve been doing a lot of 10-12 mile walks as of late just keep on trucking instead of breaking it up over 2-3 walks. All those numbers are starting reps and finishing reps as weight climbs.

Do you walk fast?

I can't walk fast.  It kills my knee. 

Did an 8-mile walk last week.  The last 4 miles was painful.

Can ride a bike far as it doesn't bother the knee.

8 sets hammer flat press reps 30-4.
8 sets leg raises reps 25-12.

8 sets dips deep reps 10-20 bodyweight.
8 sets ab coaster reps 15-25.

And in honor of GRAPE APE-CALVES
8 sets of rotary calve reps 50-8.

Walked 10 miles.

15 min warm up

30 minutes

3 sets 1 arm row and calf raises
3 sets close grip seated row and rope curls
3 sets wide grip pull down and rope curls
3 sets low bar rows and high rope row

60 minutes 0 zero rest - goal was 600 calories (Got 661!) for 30 min of riding

12 sets of the following on the timer

30 sec airbike
30 sec pull ups

30 sec air bike
30 sec hammer curls

30 sec air bike
30 sec prone row

30 sec airbike
30 sec walking lunges

30 sec airbike
30 sec sit ups or lying leg raises

Total time 105 minutes
GEEZUS !!!

Most Army Rangers wind up 140lbs by the time they are done due to all the damn running they do fuck that noise

Guy is not out of ranger school last week.  West Pointer and doesnt quit likes the brutality.  After they get out they get jacked back up.  You see the army ranger comp this weekend been all over the news?  Those dudes are FNG machines.  Thats how I'm training.

Weight, weight weight.

For most people, after age 40, artificially trying to add weight is detrimental.

Yes, lift, add muscle and get strong.  Fine.  But bulking, etc....for the most part does nothing good for most.

Train hard and let your body go where it goes naturally.
