Still testing knee

work up to moderate 3rep front squat....115#.  30# more than I was told I could do.  Just wanted to see how it felt.

work to moderate 3rep push press....160#.  Didnt feel the knee at all during this.  About 20 - 30lbs under what I know I could do.

for time
20 toes to bar
25 cal aab
15 ttb
25 cal aab
10 ttb
25 cal aab

7:08....kept RPM on AAB no lower than 63.  all toes to bar unbroken

15 min warm up

30 min

3 sets of DB Clean and Press - superset w bent over DB laterals
2 sets of DB Clean and Press - superset with up right row
3 sets of DB Snatch - superset with upright row or side lateral raise
2 sets of DB snatch - superset with side lateral raise or DB press

Each set add set of calf raises at end. 

3 sets of cable crunches superset with seated calf raises

60 min no rest - GOAL is 800 calories on the bike for 30 min riding (Got 870! which is a huge pr.)   

30 sec bike
30 sec jump rope

30 sec bike
30 sec DB press

30 sec bike
30 sec kettlebell swings

30 sec bike
30 sec - medicine ball - pick up from floor and thruster - 5x

30 sec bike
30 sec lying leg raises

2 hours or so total time.  Wreckage.

More important is what does that have to do with liftin today?
   you see walking certain types of dogs provide good workouts. you get a lot of resistance and stability work esp. with huskies as they have a propensity to simulate pulling a sled esp. in cold weather.
