Jesus you are a hater I don't inject my delts or arms or upper body again for the millionth time glutes and quads only. If you have a problem you don't want it in your upper body also the delts and arms are very small muscles compared to the glutes and quads. There is no need to every do any other smaller muscle groups. Anyone here doing so should seriously reconsider what they are doing. And for fuck sake I am a XXL

2) You list weights and you AREN'T stronger and you will give the excuse that "bodybuilding is about the appearance of strength.  I still look better than you".  You'll still post the same old most muscular or ab shot you always post.  Tired and worn out like your asshole.

You do realize how you lift the weight matters not just moving the weight. I moved a lot more weight when I was younger I was not stronger

Powerlifters lol you do realize there is a difference between elbows at 45 degrees pressing off your sternum like a powerlifter and a high neck elbow 90 bench press like a bodybuilder it is not even the same movement one is a compound and the other is an isolation. So fuck no some dude back arching their sternum off the pad and getting 6 inches range of motion using their legs and back doesn't impress me. Show me the female powerlifter in any weight class with a legit 350 bench for a double I will wait. I did it as a high neck isolation press bodybuilder style after 3 shoulder surgies a tricep reattachment and a pec tear at about 205lbs gtfo with a female powerlifter being stronger on bench bullshit

Its amazing how you always qualify your lifts by bringing up those things.  I enjoy reading your posts...really just reinforces how shallow most bodybuilders are.

I did 5 sets of 10 squats last tome with several sets of extensions this time I did stiff leg deadlifts and hammy curls so I split it up over 2 days but do quads and hams each once a week.

That's ok but I think you should do thighs twice a week if your joints can stand it.

More volume.
