I al literallt pushing my guts back into my umbilical hernia as I cough them out seeing spots but fuck it I got a belt today we squat its  going to be fine I go hard in life. Its like I cant be faded

Why do you not film some of these sets?  Can you bench more than you squat?

I can squat and bench about the same amount to be honest but I had a 3rd pec tear last spring so still taking it easy. I have pressed 350 for a souble on film but not going to attenpt it now

Not doing great this am. Knee is pretty bad icing it again. Really struggling to get around the house. Basically, at this point planning to only squat every other leg workout as extensions seem to bother knee less. Problem is my dog bites so I can't just put him in the yard I have to actually walk him. I walked him with my 4 wheeler the other day. May consider going back to the Ortho but I think I need to strengthen the rear posterior chain get that hamstring strong enough to hold the slip just know the minor slip is going to be a major tear someday otherwise. Anyway got an early basement workout before sunrise

Shoulders
3 sets of 25 dumbell press
used fat gripz supposedly helps tendonitis

2 sets of 25 side laterall raises
Didnt use fat grips elbow started hurting so stopped after 2 sets

7 un even pull up ( right side is dominate) at 185 lbs impressive.

Should load up your 40 inch waist/gut and get on the leg press. Use your potbelly as a landing pad to push the weight back up

I did like 5 sets they are a little harder at 215lbs its not kipping bullshit meanwhile this is how you would train if you trained. The bigger the belly the more I weight the more I pull the bigger I get stop trying to insuce my anorexia I am not even looking at my stomach until 240 going North

3 chicken enchildas and a beef taco woth soda

I have abs everymorning i have a food belly all day i have had 6k calories at least already

its a working set showing I am training outside its not supoosed to be a world record

That was first set but changed to the lower bar after as the first rep jumping was more jarring than anticipated they get easier did sets of 8 bur yeah was eating chocolate ice cream while walking there. Boardwalk has a lot of great food really pushed the calories so far today. But absolutely belly is full leg me explain anatomy there is a balloon like object called your stomach having it full will push out your abdomen that is not the same as having stored bodyfat. When full and eating like a bulking bodybuilder you wont reallt wver be fully empty but in the am you will be close.
