A trained 220-pound athlete will lose more. Cutler used to lose 7-8lbs a night. I also had sex last night so worked some of it off the old fashion way. Girls and sons who have not been loved by their fathers seek attention once teens and adults to compensate for what they didn't have originally. Fathers either left them alone, or were distant most of the time and not encouraging them.

Also boys who got picked on by others during childhood and adolescence -often sons without a father figure- try to compensate by lifting weights, to develop muscles and survive in the male world.
They're insecure because they're girly, childish, feminine having been raised by a single mom.
They lift obsessively hoping it will transform them into men, to compensate for their lack of influence from a father figure that was not there. Unfortunately they can get as big as they can it doesn't cure their insecurity and who they truly are, how they grew up being raised by a single mom. They re no as manly as other men whatever they do, and they often have a big lack of masculine presence they dont know how to balance, hence often being borderline homosexuals while trying to get their manhood back through various manly activities (mma, cars, weight lifting etc).

They are often the ones that, in order to get respect from other males will go the steroids route to get even "bigger" attempting to cure their insecurity , but being natural not being "enough", they still feel "too small", insecure, amongst other males. The lack of a father figure also often means they didn't have guidance to continue studies and are often working shitty manual jobs.

I`ll be sixty seven in ten days and I know for a fact I train heavier and way more intensely that Stanky....he watches TV during his "workouts" and eats like a five year old

This is not contradictory at all. If you do a curl with 50lbs using your entire body to swing it up and I do 15 reps with 45lbs strict who is stronger? People increase their CNS response at the rep range they train. People learn to use other muscle groups and cheat they learn the speed the momentum everything they can to make it easier. The weight you use is not the measure of your strength. The muscular tissue you have is your strength powerlifters are not stronger than bodybuilders. Also neither are half as strong as a wrestler. If we tied up I would ragdoll you like a child. What you can push in a linear path is not the same as your actual collective strength how it all works together crossfit is not the same. Oxygen endurance tendons ligaments grip these are all part of your strength.  If you stepped on a mat with me you would realize I am twice your strength. In the meantime actual lean tissue is a good measure and I simply have 20lbs more than you.

1) You have dismissed the bodybuilder vs. powerlifter comparison in the past but you suddenly can use it now? 

2) You then say that a wrestler is stronger than both yet you will dismiss anything crossfit because a crossfitter caused you some butthurt in the past. 

3) You try and use terms like 'linear path' and then bring up oxygen, endurance...etc all to make it sound all flowery...but still a fail.  Don't bring up machines (i.e. your hammer strength bench, leg extension)..thats a cop out.

Brian, if I can do just one STRICT (see that...not kipping) pull up with 90lbs attached to me and I weigh (as you claim) 180lbs....and even if you can do only one with 70lbs attached to you at 220lbs....one person is theoretically lifting 270lbs and the other is lifting 290lbs.  That's not twice as strong.  Also, being that I (supposedly) weigh 40lbs less than you....I would then be stronger because there is comparative in bodyweight.

Same thing for squatting, benching (bodybuilding), strict pressing, etc etc.  You have claimed to use 60# dumbells for curls RECENTLY...care to show us the NON swinging version of that?  You have plenty of time to make call out videos, how hard would it be to do this?  I am not the one claiming to use that kind of weight, you are.
