Much more volume is needed and higher reps on quads but that shit is tough so his gains he dreams of are just that dreams... and he needs to train his guts out and leave it all in the gym....he`s a wannabe who relies solely on gear.......instead of eking out the hard reps as they get tougher I`d bet you a dollar to a donut he just ends the set.....I`ve seen a zillion guys like him in tons of gyms.....wants it but doesn`t want to suffer for it.....I know what his pat reply will be and it will be ignored.

If I trained with him he would be just one of many casualties I have left in my wake......he`d quit or throw up mid workout or both.

I may not have been huge but I never saw anyone train as hard as me in person except two other guys and I kept up with the two much younger fucks with no problem at all.....they ued heavier weight yes,but I used equally heavy weights for me so it equaled out and I trained my balls off I live for the gym when I`m the zone.

Volume is reps times sets doing 3 sets of 10 on 3 exercises is less volume as 5 sets of 20 on one exercise. You get zero credit for having a heart attack in the gym. What did you accomplish where are your gains?

I haven`t figured out that you do squats because you do not do squats.....you do quarter squats if that.

I KNOW your workouts are wussy.....seven sets of leg extensions with sticks like you have for legs.....gee pal be careul not to overtrain.  :D ......you wouldn`t have to do those if you even trained hard

And I will do any contest I want to do... in fact if I do compete again it will be long before you ever do...it will be a  a cold day in Hell when you ever do any contest again................... QUITTER.

I got an idea,at least show up and compete when you say you are going to,instead of being a no show.....cue the litany of woe to come quickly as to why the quitter backed of of his planned contest after paying his entry fee and booking a hotel but staying at home eating fucking junk food hiding in a dark room.

Well I have made tons of progress I just dont feel the need post up pics in my drawers every other ten seconds fishing for compliments and approval from others which I dont need or crave like you do....plus your pics show you have made zero pregress...my track record speaks for itself.....and training hard and fast will strengthen your heart and CV system so I have no worries about having a heart attack.

I TRAIN REAL HARD.....much harder than you would believe.... if you saw it then you might realize the level of intensity needed to progress.....instead at your level you have regressed and continue to do so steadily.

so you always stop on 10 reps regardless of how you feel?

The idea would be to use a weight you think you can get for 10 you may wind up getting anywhere from 8-12

If someone was training  for a strength and endurance like Mma or soemthing this would be great. However I am trying to add size and this kind of program would pull 20lbs off me in a week. Yes I would be all shredded with better cardio but that is not my goal. I am trying not to burn calories I am trying to fatten up and add muscle size first second and last. Simply different goals. When I do decide to lean out and do cardio wndurance style training I prefer to add a sport to my lifting vs doing it in the gym.

And have yet to gain any except to yo yo up and down in weight continuously cuz it`s all water that you excrete daily then put back eating tons of garbage all day long only to excrete it once again.........rinse, wash, repeat, ad infinitum.

If you want to add real weight - f your abs.  No one gives a F .   Spend time actually growing.  If I were trying to grow bigger I would not do what I do daily.  You need to go heavy , eat more, add volume at higher weights.   you need to do more work if you want to grow bigger.

Shoulders + Abs:

Tri-Set:
{Seated Dumbell Press - 4 sets
{Lateral Raise - 4 sets
{Bent-Over Laterals - 4 sets

No rest between exercises.... about a minutes rest between Tri-Sets....constant weight but different poundages on the three movements if that makes any sense.

Super-Set:
{Crunches - 3 sets
{Lying Leg Raises - 3 sets

TRAIN HARD
