Seriously Bryan.  Your back and legs kind of suck.  If you trained them both properly as in moderately heavy and hit both groups from a variety of angles you'd see bigger improvements in both.  Thus, paving the way for your elusive IFBB Professional Card.

The pool table is still there it is merely a ping pong table on top as kids were playing this weekend and honestly I like ping pong. I have had the ping pong accessory for years both are fun. I can remove the ping pong cover and play pool in about 2 minutes flat.

Also since when the fuck do I take orders from anyone?

If someone was training  for a strength and endurance like Mma or soemthing this would be great. However I am trying to add size and this kind of program would pull 20lbs off me in a week. Yes I would be all shredded with better cardio but that is not my goal. I am trying not to burn calories I am trying to fatten up and add muscle size first second and last. Simply different goals. When I do decide to lean out and do cardio wndurance style training I prefer to add a sport to my lifting vs doing it in the gym.

You hit the nail on the head....thats not YOUR goal.  God forbid someone has a goal that isn't yours.

When you decide to lean out....didn't you say you don't have any body fat on you?  How can anyone get more lean than that?

externally rotate arms back and stick your chest out if you really want to your back to look good....you're too much into that front double bicep pose.

Just a little advice from a former pro natural bodybuilder.

Ever hear of IFBB pro Dave Marinelli....he lives right in Stuart.....ask him how hard I trained or you could ask the living legend Jeff King or Chris Aceto......those guys have all trained with me or did sets with me......always kept up going as heavy as I could using textbook form .......you has been.

When I reveal my revamped build you will with you never stopped training along with wishing you looked anywhere near as good as me....that`s a promise big mouth.

Thanks brother.  This has been a life long journey and labor of love.  I've done things that worked, things that failed, etc.  we all have different body types, genetics, histories, etc.  I do what works for me personally.   Maybe it works for someone else, maybe it doesnt.   You only know if you try.   

I've been fat strong, I've been lean ripped and weak (look great but feel like shit), all and everything in between.   I am trying to keep the sweet spot in between for performance mainly.  Not too big and jacked and strong while stamina and endurance sucks.   And in that same sentiment, not just weak and ripped while looking good but nothing else.   Thats my goal.  Not the goal of everyone, but thats my goal.  To each their own I guess.

In other words: Huge without being stupidly huge, powerful looking, lean without being stupidly lean and imo an aesthetic physique many can appreciate.  :D

Much better physique than bhank and far more functional.
