Again you realize the reps are a programmed number, and not "going for max-reps".
Do you know anything about PL templates and training methods? Not trying to be a wise-ass (for a change) but it appears you do not...

Take Hafthor for example, his training leading up to the 501L deadlift, would do 3-reps on each set, building up to a progression (weight, not reps).
Are you saying you are as strong as Hafthor because you also did 225 x 3? Even though he maxed out at over 1000 lbs?

My second warmup set is with 225 too.

But I only do 15 - 20 reps and then rack the weight, just to get a little bit of blood flowing in my legs.

Once in a while I finish my squats with a set of 225 x 50.

There is literally the exact same thing on the other arm in the same pic and yes absolutely that is the natural shape from that angle you should see the tricep popping out the sode from the front.
