Currenlty a trim 215ish and again I have seen other people in the gym not many are deep squatting 275 for reps with proper form I felt pretty good about it considering where I am coming from with my knees

Not many are on 500 mgs of test with anadrol.

Considering your on that much gear and can barely squat 275 is pathetic.

215? I thought you were going to 230.

I said 240 was the goal I was 225ish but dropped weight with new job schedule. Have now added a protein shake once aclimated will add the weight back its also 100 degrees here. And aren’t you the guy who says weight doesnt matter?

Yes, I am that guy, but you sir are not....you`re obsessed with a goal you`ll never reach......it`s how you look that matters not what you weigh.

They don`t weigh you on stage and judge you on that.....that`s why "muscle matters" beats you, plus a slew of other reasons of course.

500 test wk/50mg Anadrol dy used to be the recommended standard track and field / powerlifting beginners stack in the 70s.

light good mornings - 4 sets
reverse hypers - 4 sets
Lat pulls - 4 sets
Hammer high-rows -  4 sets
incline-dbell shrugs - 4 sets
calves - 4 sets

foam roll, stretch, walk - 45 mins
