15 min warm up .
30 min
6 sets leg press - each set superset w 225 x 10 bench. Last set was a giant drop set and was skiller
3 sets - Leg Curls x 10 - Incline Bench DB x 10 w 75
60 min
30 sec walk on air runner
Sled push across gym and back
30 sec walk on air runner -
10x atomix push up on sorinex roller
30 sec walk in air runner
6x 300lb tire flip
30 sec walk on air runner
10 dips
Keep repeating.
That is what I did today
