How do you fake your blood pressure here is today Dr said I am in the terrifying zone they said my blood work was Toxic so I guess I am officially Dr diagnosed Terrifying and Toxic

Hankins, how the fuck do you not feel like complete shit with numbers that high? I know that thing is obviously off or else you would be dead but had to be somewhat high, I always felt like crap with bp around 150/85. When you workout do you feel shitty?

I thought I was going to die walking the dog the other day but somedays I feel great walking the beach. I also thought I was going to wreck the car driving home after squats but I felt great doing them.

Yeah I like that one it was just before the latest pectoral tear when I was training chest heavy not quit back there yet on chest but legs are better now

I bet you are carved out of stone lol by all means post up exactly. Physically my legs have improved dramatically the last few years. They are doing better than ever that has been the real goal from day one. I got back into this shit to get off the cane. I have done that and then some. Stomach and digestion are also doing great so between that and my legs I feel like I am better physically now than I have been in a decade. No fluid in knees no slipping no limping no throwing up no acid reflux no diarrhea no nausea no blood everything is going great best I have felt in a decade. Even managed to drop the hemp supplement stomach has been so good. Have walked 10 miles so far this week. Could not walk 3 years ago. Was sleeping sitting up just a few months ago was throwing up this time last year was passing blood was using a supplemet constantly for pain relief and nasea have none of those issues now. Feel like a million bucks to be honest.

Think of me like a high-performance sports car I don't redline at 5k rpms like your beat-up jalopy my blood pressure is fine for me I don't even redline until somewhere over 10k I am not even in high gear yet

Yeah I haven`t done them in years.

I used to knock out 20 reps easy whether they were in my routine or not.....but I was just a tiny tad lighter in bodyweight than you are.  LOL  ;D

Watched my buddy at the gym yesterday, he weighs 260. (46 year old guy) strap a 25 lb Kettlebell around his waist and do 12 perfect pullups. (285 lbs in total).
Ex-powerlifter of course so he's strong still.

Its your choice of course, but would love to see you focus on health, numbers, blood-work, etc.

You can still do this in a healthy way, just wont be as ripped 24x7, nor should you be.

You've only been on the Anadrol less than a week - how can it have messed up your blood so quickly..?

Again I don't think my health needs improving vitals are like blood markers indicators not actual diseases I don't have an underlying condition my heart is strong. The BP is probably becasue I have simply reversed my anemia rather quickly the body will adjust. I agree I am surprised it has happened so quickly

The toxic comment was a year or two ago when a Dr saw my bloodwork have not had it done recently and couldnt get a dr to even look at the last one

You could easily verify if your anemia has been corrected with a blood test. You choose not to check it because you are scared there might be something wrong. You'd rather ignore warning signs and stick your head in the sand.

It is not normal to have a high resting heart rate. It is also not normal to have a systolic blood pressure over 200.
