Pull ups hammer grip 10 sets pause top and bottom reps 14-5
Superset with
Dips same as above reps 18-10

Went back to gym a couple hours later and did
10 sets of 12 incline dumbbell presses with 80s.

4 sets barbell wrist curls
4 sets reverse barbell wrist curls
4 sets behind the back wrist curls

2 walks 4 miles each.

Did an odd circuit today just because I felt like it.

Barbell Squats
Alternate Dumbbell curls
Skull crushers

10 sets of 10 to 15

Been traveling alot lately and will be gone for the next few weeks. I will leave the weight of the worlds problems and bodybuilding gossip in the capable hands of getbig.

5'10" 200. Stretched the measuring tape to 17 inches, of course not cold...but this is about the biggest ive been in 25 + years and it feels pretty fucking good.

Today was Delts/Arms:

JM Press - 4 sets
French Curl - 4 Sets
Tricep Cable pushdown - 4 sets

Preacher Curls - 4 sets
Dumbbell curls - 4 sets
Hammer (spider) curls - 4 Sets

Wrist Curls - 4 Sets

Sickening pump from that Nutrex "Alpha-Pump" sample...  Glycerol Gains maybe...

Quick 30 minute walk with dog and gal w/ nice buttocks.

When I was in rehab, they checked my blood pressure, multiple times a day. Often, it was high. I had never even thought about my blood pressure, before, but now, they had me on multiple medications.....

I'm like, you people are making me more worried, than I ever made myself.  I take the "ignorance is bliss" stance on my blood pressure. It varied like Bhank's does, when I was in rehab.

I'm like Fuck it, Worrying about it will probably make it worse. I'm as calm as a cucumber now.
