Did it ever mean something? They told me it was a 5% success rate, and I believe it. Those 5% didn't need rehab. They ended up doing it on their own.

10 sets of weighted chins with a 25lb dumbbell reps 10-5.
Superset with
Overhead db extensions 85 10sets of 10

Came back and did
 Incline bench with 195 for 10 sets of 10.
Superset with
Laterals with 20s for 10 sets of 10.

Forearm roller 5 minutes.

Calf’s 1 set of Bodyweight calf raises 150 superset with
Heel raises for 150.

Just went swimming for 30 minutes.laps in pool.

I did film it and I posted it. I have not tried a one rep max yet because that is not what I do. I was asked what I thought my one rep max was and I replied 405lbs. If you plug 275 for 8 into the one rep max calculator it comes out around 350lbs but I also already squatted that months ago and my strength has gone up considerably since then. Arguing where my one rep max is between 350-405lbs doesnt change the fact you don't workout at all. Every workout every protocol everything you post is just shit you copied and pasted from online. You have no idea what you are talking about and your post have proved it again and again you are just talking bullshit out of your ass you do not even train

It’s all subjective  just like 500 mg of trt is a subjective dose.

Also, your not factoring the anadrol for anemia.

I am debating the fact 500 mg of testosterone a week is not TRT. Unless you were a female transitioning to a male 500 mg is nowhere considered TRT it is considered a full-blown cycle
