I took today off to relax.

Hopefully I won’t catch Anemia, Covid, Crohn’s, IBS, Parkinson’s, Edema, or Male Pattern Baldness while I’m relaxing.

In my case at this time this tread's title has it right, only half of me lifted today. One reason for that is that I am presently on a weight lifting restriction and will be for several more weeks as a result of cataract surgery.

I wonder how many butterfly situps bhanks could do.

I would guess maybe 10 at best with good form.

He is lean from the drugs but clearly doesn’t train abs, has basically no ab development.

Plus general endurance is not good, was unable to work on his feet for more than a couple days and considers things like snowboarding and fishing to be “cardio”.

Maybe we can get a video.

Now I have no clue if I`m gonna` do legs today or not as my wife and here eighty two year old mother who has been gracing us with here presence for what seems like a fucking eternity are arguing about going to the wedding or not going to the wedding....personally I could give two fucks as the couple getting married is related to them not me.

I`ll wait and see which one kills the other first before I know whether to bury the body and then hit legs or not......what a mess.  ;D

Front Squats - 5 sets  {did these with my heels on a 2 X 4, non-lock style for constant tension}
Dumbell RDL - 5 sets
Calf Raises - 6 sets

Unbelievably hot and fucking humid today......I could literally wring out my T-shirt with sweat after training.

So you are claiming the guy with visible abs and obliques 365 has no ab development yeah that makes sense. Meanwhile do you even have any visible abs at all ? Doubtful you guys can't fuck with my development so you want to argue about how many situps I can do and how fast I can run a mile now lol

Sure you have visible abs but the individual blocks/squares are very undeveloped and shallow, plus you have a wide waist which detracts from your non-existant V-shape.  :D

I`ve seen bulky pros who weigh far more than you....they still retain some leaness but the muscles look round and full.....you have only put on a ton of water and you still look flat, especially with all the sodium laden shit you eat.....to compete you`d look great at middleweight............ ....maybe.
