Did an odd one today.

Alternated 10 sets of benching and dead lifts (hex bar) light to moderate weight. About 10 to 12 reps each No more than a minute rest.Iit was like sprinting. Just soaked in sweat and out of breath at the end. Last set of bench was drop set. Stripped off plates stopped just shy of failure.

Then moved on pull downs and cable cross overs.

Finished with an assortment of front raises, laterals and bent over/rear laterals.

I'll workout 3 days in a row
1. Legs
2. Chest and back
3. Arms
4. Day off
5. Shoulders and anything else that i feel didn't get trained hard enough during the week.
6. Day off

Depending on how I feel i may take day 7 off as well but if im not sore and feel good ill go with day1 and start again.

Chest and back just didn't click eaier in the week so I did them today with shoulders.

its cool your wrong the reason they don’t look that big is because I am 511 and I have longs arms. You guys are used to seeing 19 inch arms in shorter bodybuilders with shorter arms

Look how small your right hand and forearm look.

You are changing the view frame to make the foreground look more pronounced.

A lot of people do this.

It's like a circus mirror.

But when you compare the size of your joints, you can't hide anything.

I don’t even take photos. I set phone down and  I take a short video then screenshot it. They all come directly from a video on my phone.


But yeah I can see my hamstring separation now just in my everyday condition
