Will go for easy walk at the beach. Legs are toast...

Now you get it you need to eat as hard as you train stop calorie restricting yourself you are doing a lot of volume and weight now eat more

I agree,but my body composition is changing dramatically.

I was 189 pounds not long ago......at the doctors 2 days ago I was 181,BUT all my muscles are bigger,rounder looking,and fuller and my waist is smaller and getting tighter.

Fucking Covid made it tough on my appetite.....remnants of it are still hanging on but I`m eating better finally.

I was always 5'8" but probably got a bit shorter as I aged.

I`m solid,but not shredded.....that`s coming as things move forward.

I have almost an entire year before the contest,I plan on being ripped and 15-20 pounds heavier than I`ve ever been onstage before..... but of course those numbers are just projections.....I`ll come in at whatever weight I look best at but my point is I`ll be far bigger on stage than I ever was before,and I have the type of physique that projects an illusion of actually being heavier than I am,so when I nail my conditioning,I should be good to go.

I`m not in contest condition,nor would I want to be this far out, but it seems almost that I`m getting a bit leaner every week.

You`ve seen my pics at 57 years of age....I think that was my best overall shape ever.......well my face 10 years later at 67 looks exactly as it did at 57.

I used to get carded to get into a movie when I was in my late 20`s and early 30`s.

Those pics are two weeks after a contest....I was eating like a pig and lost a lot of my conditioning.

Next year 15-20 pounds heavier with much more cuts or bust!!
