W heavy sandbags and gear for the team.    Was a total gut check but awesome too.   Mental toughness takes over after awhile.

Triceps Dips Between Benches - 2 X failure (bodyweight)

{Wrist Roller - 3 X failure

Rest day tomorrow then back to my 100 mile round trip to hit legs.

During the event it was total misery.  Not any one thing.  I would say the last part was the worst of it - mile after mile after mile carrying crushing sandbags with no rest at all to the end.  Feet were destroyed.  But today - sore and tight - but feel great having done that.
