You have thin pecs.....no pec line/hang which should be evident even in a double biceps pose or a hands behind head ab shot.....lats are too small compared to your arms....forearms are great.

You`ve got a good solid build but your proportions and symmetry are fucked up.....for a guy your weight,you look small.

No hate ,just my observations.

Train arms with just a few sets every three weeks and specialize on your weaker areas.....you`ll lose no arm size doing this trust me.



^^ Check out my lower pecs even with arms raised they don`t just fade away or meld into my abdomen or disappear....they are clearly evident where yours are not.

Show me where I`m acting like a guru......advising someone from personal experience is not acting like a guru it`s sharing information....it might not work for everyone.....but they can try a suggestion I give or that anyone else with experience gives......nothing wrong with that we should always be willing to try new protocols if they make an inkling of sense.....doesn`t hardly make me a guru fuckface.

As far as pics go I would have posted some later in my training when I got into near contest condition..... (not when you demanded them asshole).....let`s not forget I took 5 years off and I was looking great by comparison....not shredded, but I had regained a lot of muscle and was getting leaner......anyone can do this if they train hard and eat right consistantly.....try it sometime queerbait.

As far as drugs go I use them,never said I didn`t and always said I did at times use them..... but I cycle them on and then off and train clean most of the time, and I never used a boatload of gear......when did you see me inject or ingest a boatload of gear.....are you a peeping tom looking in my windows or some other weird shit you silly fuck ?

Zero chest. No lower pec line at all. He's lean with decent bi/forearms, that's about it. No tris, no lats. Not a bad build whatsoever for his age. It's better than 90% of guys his age I'd wager, actually.  But for all his shit talking, force feeding, running gear nonstop, it's wildly mediocre and it hasn't changed at all.
