My first of only two cycles when I was 30 was 500mg of test only (too much for first cycle IMO) for 10-12 weeks and sermorelin (who knows if it even worked) where I gained muscle, leaned out and strength was way stronger than Hanky (130 Dbs on bench and 100 Dbs on shoulder press) with a better overall look if we were walking side by side at the beach. I wasn’t huge. Only 195 at 6’0 although very lean. His shoulders and biceps are better although I have wider clavicles and a smaller waist at 30 inches. My quads also suck, so we’re in the same boat there and his calves are better than mine. Does this mean I can step on stage with the best of them? Will wear board shorts if necessary (male bikini) I want the blue stars one day to earn more respect on here. Would add an additional compound at low dose for either bulking or pre-contest if necessary

Weird you claim I have a tiny torso (something I have never even heard of until you diagnosed me with it). And Webster claims I have a 42 inch waist. Which is it those are not congruent it can't be both

For fuck sake you think I have never picked up heavy weights? I used to use the 120s on flat dumbells. I have a torn pec

Also when you were 30 what about now? What you looked like at 30 has nothing to do with if you can step on stage in your 40s or 50s. You don't think I didn't look better 15 years ago as well????

Why not truthfully measure your quads and your height.

You claim all these injuries and shaving down knees etc. You would have lost a few inches by now.

if any of this was true.

Let's say you were 5'9 prior to surgery.. with the hernia and shaving down the knees surely you are no taller than 5'8 with no boots/lifts etc.

if it's any consolation Phillip Heath is 5'8

They didn't shave down the knees. I was 510.5 when I measured in 10th grade. I didn't even realize the army took my height until you guys asked I checked and they had me at 510.75 25 years ago. So then I was curious and checked at a Dr this summer as I also wanted to know my weight limit for classic and I was 511. How did I gain a 1/4 inch in the last 25 years I don't fucking know but that is what it said. Regardless I haven't been 59 since my freshman year of high school when I was 14 years old

120s huh? So I did more. Thanks for proving my point. And that was only 10 weeks of what youve been on for 10 years. I’ve been natty since my stint with TRT 3 years ago and have beautiful, fresh receptors and a better natural base than I did 8 years ago. I’d like to think I’d get in better shape than last time. I’m fresh as a daisy and just had my hernia fixed, so my midsection will be improved as well. Don’t kill my dreams hater. Arvilla will be my guru

3 sets push ups x failure

db laterals 10 sets x 10 reps

dips 10 sets x failure, various hand positions and body angles... was hoping i ddnt look like tom platz training haha.

Not many people here that I recall said they were better than you,they just point out your flaws and shortcomings when after your very first post on the board was asking for a critique of your build.....you just can`t take constructive criticism because of your over inflated head ego.

I will say that at 57 years of age I would have beaten you going solely by your contest pics, and I was a middleweight....also at the age of 46 I would have beaten you and I was a lightweight.....you`ll get older someday if you luck out son,then we`ll see what you look like if you make it out alive.
