Not one dude talking shit on my build has posted a single current pic in the last 2 years other than krankenstein and Hulkatron and Canning all of whom look like shit. SC and Rio and Rob are in shape and dont attack me because they are in shape themselves. Meanwhile the rest of you are either posting 30 year old pics or have never posted a single pic and I am supposed to believe you are in better shape than me Bullshit just a bunch of jealous haters

I’ve been natty since my stint with TRT 3 years ago and have beautiful, fresh receptors and a better natural base than I did 8 years ago. I’d like to think I’d get in better shape than last time. I’m fresh as a daisy and just had my hernia fixed, so my midsection will be improved as well. Don’t kill my dreams hater. Arvilla will be my guru

I never said you can’t get in great shape I said what you looked like at 30 may not be relevant to now. Also as we have seen not all lifts are the same. The point is I have moved heavy weight no idea why getbig thinks I am weak I have been at state level record weight for my bench many times throughout the years. My knee buckles walking upstairs so no my squat isn’t great. If you think you have me beat now by all means post a current pic. Hell post one anyway just to be legit and have a starting point but saying I was this or that a decade ago and therefor can beat you now or in the future is nonsense. You guys seem to think development is directionally proportional to time on testosterone or dosage which is fucking  nonsense

It takes time I first tore my pec at 25 years old I pressed 365lbs at 37 years old I did recover but I tore it again at 40 and again at 42 so yeah I am not trying to max a damn thing benching now

I could probably bench close to half of that with my left side but no I am not going to even attempt low reps on the right side. Doesn’t mean I am not strong just smart I don’t do low rep benching also again it’s not how much weight you move but how you move it that counts

Yet it doesn`t take time to regain your build after having Lung Cancer and doing absoulutely nothing physical for FIVE years and eating crappy food at an advanced age and you demanded I post pics after about a year of training where I stopped for a month on two occasions due to the boredom of training at home.

I’ve posted pics in the past in threads both as a natural and enhanced. Arvilla can confirm my current fitness status to be above average for a natural gym goer close to his 40s.

I just told you I had Lung Cancer and wasted five years and got in the worst shape of my entire life.....sure I`ve never been out of shape in my life not since I was a young kid...... until then and let me just add that Lung Cancer whether self inflicted as in my case, or not, is a bit more deadly that a fucking torn pec from trying to lift more than you could handle.....next time leave your ego at the gym door.

I was getting back into very good shape until my Gall Bladder issues....an uncontrollable...haven`t lost much of my re-gained muscle but I am taking it slow as to not get injured or too sore so I can continue to  train properly.

If I must say I was looking pretty damn good and making inroads to steady progress.....once I slowly increase sets and poundage I`ll be looking great....been doing this forever....far longer than you, and I know my body very well and how it responds to my way of training and eating.....at my age I look 10 years younger than the average old doddering fuck and I feel like kid,with youthful enthusiasm.

I`ll post pics when I`m tan,ripped and with abs that look like they were super imposed on my body....why post pics on a comeback trail.....I don`t want to be critizied, when all it will take time to look great again is a little time and effort.....and I have plenty of time and stay motivated.

You can`t teach me shit,I  picked up my first weight set in 1969 weighing less that 70 pounds....I know my body and how it responds to training....you do the same old mini workouts I train using intensity techniques putting more stress on the muscle which in turn will make me look far better in a far  shorter amount of time.

I ain`t new to this,I`m true to this.

I can`t speak for anyone else,but I`m looking far better than before my comeback and that satisfies me but it doesn`t make me the least bit complacent.

Got my gear,got my training style which works for me and I got the four "D`s"....desire,dedication,determination,and drive.......do you?

I`m nothing special and neither are you....grasp that with your  inflated ego and come down to Earth and be a regular guy instead of a constant fuckhead,and you`ll be a better person for it........MAYBE !
