They are non existent. Your tricep inserts legit 5 inches above your elbow.

Have you tried focusing on your lower tricep head?

I have been getting cortisone shots into my left elbow the last year for tendinitis so just savings what triceps I have for benching if I did all that additional tricep work the tendons would be done
