I spent my mid late 30s kitesurfing in Hawaii it's not a competition thing but it absolutely requires a lot of twisting core strength I would be surfing or kiting or diving maybe 4-5 hours a day you can't get a core like mine with a couple months of training it takes a lifetime.

you seem to have spent a lot of time not working...

Tell us again how you could afford your house?

Not a math issue just saying I have been in shape for my entire life do you think I have been using TRT since birth? TRT does not get you in shape exercise gets you in shape.

The best thing you can do for your core is twisting motions put a broom stick on your shoulder put your arms over the broomstick and twist your core back and forth and squeeze the broomstick should be at a 90 degree ankle when fully twisted hold each full twist and contract your core

So just some pansy acrobatics.....not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination.  There are 15-17yo doing what you do...and better.  Seems you are a slow learner.

Well occasionally I would wreck the kite a mile pls offshore out past the last set of breakers where I was doing my backflips off the waves. I would then have to life or death swim back to shore through the waves with my kite and board as I was way past where lifeguards could see or go. I also did a lot of spearfishing, free diving, and surfing plus a little weight lifting.  Believe it or not all of these activities are great exercise.

Apparently, Wall Street is  in Hawaii as well.

I have a level 1 free diving certification you have to do a 4 minute breath hold to get it the key it diaphragmic breathing prior to the attempt

I worked on Wall Street in NYC prior to moving to Hawaii not sure what part of that is complicated. I was in NYC for the blackout. I worked on Water Street I worked at World Financial across from the hole of World trade we could look out the window down into the pit. I had a Vespa I rode around with my license plate on velcro I would chain it to a sign and put it in the glove. I loved on 88th and and then 78th I took the subway on 86th. I went to the NYSports club on 86th and that weird papaya hot dog place. NYC was fun I used to stop in china town on the way home for dinner and buy a fake watch and some dvds

They teach you how to load up on oxygen prior with breathing techniques which makes it easier also when you put your face in the water the body has a natural dive mechanism that kicks in if you relax your body will use oxygen very slowly. But yeah I took the class but then got into spearfishing instead as was more fun than just keep swimming deeper until you blackout. I got held down for a scary long time surfing so wanted to get better at breath holds.

Again I have been an athlete my entire life that is why I am in shape with core development and can notice a physical change after just a few workouts or missing one meal. When you are a slob your body is not going to respond the same way. But saying what I do doesn't work because it won't work the same for you isn't because I just happen to be some kind of mutant or have a digestive issue or naturally higher metabolism or some genetic luck or magic pills it is because what I have done the last 45 years of my life and how I have lived it vs what you have done.
