Will there be a video today?
Good question yes I do plan to video my form. I have been studying technique and notice a slight shoulder roll shrug is used to initiate the lift by some of the heavier lifters. It almost looks like their shoulders roll forward at the start then back to initiate and get that starting momentum. Your back has to be on the pad but the shoulders can move some. Really the plan is to work on technique. However I have no idea how heavy I can go today after 2 weeks of heavy curls I am hoping to be recovered but really no idea. I would like to get more than I got the first week but just not sure front delts are a little sore from chest day and I do believe they come into it. I think the final week I will train nothing to be fully recovered going to ask about strategy and training to peak on meet day. Also want to try the lift with the commands today
But everyone wants to come on here and argue about strength and training all day everyday. Who has the bigger arms who has real muscle who is strong etc etc I think maybe we should all do a strict curl challenge simple enough and you cant argue form and half reps back against the wall how much can you curl. Cant argue perspective just simple question who has guns and who doesnt simple concept
I do believe many getbiggers can curl more and many less but wouldnt that be a fun challenge thread to start?
