I think training heavy for a couple weeks then going back to volume is Exactly the stimulus the right arm needs to improve. There is a 400lb guy with a 218lb curl coming I don’t expect to curl more than him. But I don’t have arms of oil I am not 58 185lbs and I am not weak. I will hit an advanced lift for the 220lb open division because yeah I have good arms for a 220lb weightlifter

Both my arms have grown in the last few years admittedly they simply regain previous size but both have grown. The right arm is still smaller than the left but it’s less than an inch. If the left is good then the right can’t be that bad

I go at 5:45 AM (start around 6 AM) and I found the conditioning room (separate) is always empty w/ the lights off.So I have it to myself on the days I want to use it.
