The take the deal is reference to the play being put on, Dr. Faustus, who sells his soul to the Devil in return for knowledge/power, something like that. Powers Booth, in the red playing Curly Bell, is saying he'd take the deal but then back-out (crawfish) and screw over the devil. The drill in the ass is ambiguous because the person paying the Devil in that scene is a female.
