So one key to my recent gains is the eggs. I have been eating free range eggs. We added two more to the flock today. Apparently these two will be kept inside the next few days due to the cold before joining the rest. I honestly do believe the eggs I get from my chickens are healthier than the store we feed them really well. The kids named these cinnamon and sugar

The brown ones look like the two satins I just had (until the bobcat swiped them in broad daylight)

What you need to look into is duck eggs. These will take you to the next level. You’ll be a freak with a capital F!

If I remember correctly from a thousand years ago when I tried duck eggs, I thought they had a stronger taste then chicken eggs. I did not find them as palatable. It is probably just a matter of getting used to them. They are somewhat higher in calories and protein.

I no longer do squats,I do front squats and goblet squats at home....if I`m in a gym my main exercise is leg press.....I`m 67 years old and don`t feel the need to do them anymore as my goals are very different these days.

BUT.....here`s some of the best that I`ve done:

At around 125-130 pounds (I competed in powerlifting at 132 pounds in the early 1970`s)....I did 225 for 20 followed by the aforementioned single with 315......both on the same day in the same workout.

Have done 20 reps with 250 pounds.

405 for a one rep max single

315 for 3 sets of 10,followed by two sets of 8 and a set of 5 reps.....same workout

370 for a triple

All of the above were done below paralell at between 160 -165 pounds.......belt,chalk,knee wraps only!!

I could do that curl rack thingy for 8`s in a month of training no sweat.

My legs sucked by I was a decent squatter,and I always had the highest bench press in my class.

How much can HANKY bench ???   ;D

and bench press Incline 420lbs x 6  flat bench 32 x 325lbs - optimal word WAS Ha.

Hanky has torn his right pec multiple times.  He isn’t going to max bench for anyone not Jesus not Odin not The Horned one and certainly not Wes. But you are talking about what you have done I have benched 365lbs once when I was 25 years old and once when I was 38 years old. I also did 350 for a double at 38 years old and shared the video here.  Currently I workout with 225-275lbs for reps.

You do not work out with 275 lbs for reps on the bench press. You cannot squat 275 lbs for good clean reps.

Why lie about things that are so obviously untrue?

Highly doubtful.

If you were able to bench press 275 x 10 or 275 x 12 you would have plastered videos of those lifts all over getbig. So if there were no videos posted, suffice it to say, it never happened.

Now you are just making up things to draw attention away from your long list of failures.

You are correct I was the same weight. This photo is June 14th 2021 so 18 months ago. While my weight may have been the same my arms especially my right arm was not as good. It looks a lot better now the training I did for the strict curl that I am going to continue to do really brought it back.

So again write whatever nonsense you want I have improved the size strength and balance of the arms my umbilical hernia has also improved significantly despite not getting surgery

When summer rolls around and I get tan and I am in natural light I am going to look like a godamn monster my arms are growing

I know but theses dudes be acting like they were and they weren't I even tried to pull them up this last time. But I have to buy pants that fit a bloated me after eating not a thin me after digesting and there is a big variance. My pants are not deliberately low to show anythign thats where my hips are and where my pants sit but my waist can legit be anywhere from 32-40 inches depending on my last meal. I have some digestion issues and get acid and bile reflux which causes stomach bloating during the day sometimes

I have eight chickens now. They are babies and have to stay inside the house until the weather warms up and they are more than 8 weeks old. I have 3 yellow ones, three brown ones, and two black ones, I’m teaching the yellow ones not to trust the black ones.  😆

I’m reading up on the whole laying egg thing. The chicken coop and run are both done and I think solar power will go on tomorrow.
