Instead of training smart he just pounded away at them with low rep max squats after opening his big mouth about a 405 squat. He started tearing muscles and gave up. As we saw in the strict curl screenshots they're smaller than ever
I trained squats 3 days ago I cant train them everyday. I will be squatting once a week all year don't you worry. I was also trying to bring up my right arm which I believe I have done significantly once I get everything balanced out it will all get bigger. Improving my curl helps my balance and makes me more competitive for bodybuilding all of these activities go together. My legs are doing great they are functional and strong.
